Review 1：The villa was really dirty, the blinds hadn't been cleaned for a long time. All the windowsills were dirty, the rubbish bin had a new bag in it, but when we empty it the bin itself was disgusting. There were cobwebs everywhere. There is only one sun lounger at the pool and one umbrella. They could really do with providing more chairs and shade at the pool

Review 3：The villa had chipped crockery which wasn't enough for 6 people. The pots and pans were dismally old and worn out. The dishwasher stank and the kettle was rusted from within. Needs an overhaul of the entire kitchen facility.

Review 5：There were some issues with the apartments, electricity kept tripping in one of our villas. Onsite restaurant was a little average. Broken tiles, broken dishwasher, stains in carpets, missing bbq, broken chair in another of our villas. However, the resort was very apologetic and made appropriate concessions for the situation, staff were very helpful. No issues with the 3rd villa.

Review 7：housekeeping need to get attention to detail correct, villa 66 had same problems of a year ago .. could not get access to balcony, and villa 67 had a discusting bbq riddled with grease. carpets need a good clean and check out kitchen drawers!!!

Review 22：The frying pans were old and dirty. The non-stick surfaces were flaking off, and the other cooking pots / pans had baked in dirt. Very out of keeping with the high quality of everything else!

Review 24：Shame not to have wifi in the villa or a phone to call reception. We weren't aware that we couldn't get any food as the restaurant only opens on the weekends (we stayed Monday - Tuesday).

Review 26：Although classified as a Deluxe villa, the furniture was old & ripped. Overall cleanliness was poor. We arrived on a Sunday & as there's no house keeping on the Sunday, nothing could be done about it. The manager on the Monday morning was however much more responsive, apologised and sent housekeeping to clean the villa.

Review 30：The bathrooms and kitchen sink could do with some stronger cleaning chemicals. We were not left with tea towels or detergent or dishcloth which meant we had to sacrifice one of our face washers and use the body wash to wash up our dinner dishes as it was after hours when we arrived (the next day on asking we were given the above items with an apology). The walls could have done with some pictures to provide a more cosy feel.
Review 31：Each cabin was situated to make the most of the view (which was spectacular) and also provide a good deal of privacy. The grounds are stunning and tranquil. Staff members dealt with were very friendly and efficient.

Review 34：We stayed mid-week and weren't told until we arrived that the restaurant was only open on Saturday and there weren't many options for dinner in town. The kitchen facilities were basic for self-catering. Some of the lights in unit weren't working. Bathroom showers were not particularly clean. No office contact after 5pm, and no information guide.

Review 36：Below are my feedbacks to improve : People expect to get exactly what they booked through booking websites like booking.com which is not happened even reception tried to give us upgraded/good availabile one. (confusing) Noticed cannot use BBQ for insurance reasons which was really surprising ! Villas need bigger bin in the outside.

Review 42：I arrived late at night. I found it difficult to find my cabin. the roadways were badly lit. There was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the table outside the front door. The table and chairs on the verandah were covered dusty/dirty. I didn't find the air con control panel till morning so was very cold. the spare quilts in the cupboard were stained. Some of the coffee cups were chipped and one of the wine glasses had dried wine in the bottom of it. Had other friends staying in different cabins who had a much better experience. I feel ripped off.

Review 48：Cleanliness - the place needs a thorough clean. There were crumbs and other dirt on the kitchen table and floor when I arrived; much of the crockery was grimy; the kettle appears never to have been descaled and therefore deposited black gunk into one's tea; the carpets needed a good vacuum; it appeared as though no one had even attempted to straighten and tidy, let alone vacuum, the sofas; and the fans had such a thick layer of dust on them I didn't want to look at them and was very pleased not to have had to turn them on. The heater seemed to be stuck on 28 degrees. My booking information indicated that internet connection would be available via a modem at a charge, but there was no modem and no information about internet connectivity. When I arrived I asked the staff member if someone would be available to give me a golf lesson. She said that she would make some enquiries and get back to me. She never did. Apart from the walking, I couldn't wait to leave.
Review 49：The setting is beautiful. I am not a golfer, but enjoyed walking around the golf course and enjoying the native wildlife.

Review 54：Overall I was really happy - I'm grasping at straws here but the only two things that annoyed me a bit was we had huge problems getting the tv to work with most free to air channels not working. Not a big issue as we weren't there to watch tv. Also, there was a backgammon set in the cupboard so we set aside time to play only to find it was an incomplete set. These things should be checked as it was pointless having it there.Also, we only had a tiny 2 seater outdoor table whereas some of the 1 bedders had 4-6 seaters. If we were going to be staying longer this would have been an issue. None of these things would put me off though - the place was overall pretty terrific!
Review 55：We stayed in cabin 6 which was just lovely. Lovely and peaceful on a Fri night stay with next to no one there! A volley ball court just to the right which would make a group weekend fun I imagine.The whole villa was very clean and nicely furnished/presented. Being close to the club house it didn't have the valley views but still was a lovely peaceful outlook. One of the nicest weekends away we've ever had. Will definitely go back!

Review 64：could be difficult to keep warm with heating only provided by air conditioning in the living room and a small air blowing heater in one of the bedrooms considering the size of the accommodation and high ceilings. No heat lamps in bathrooms - freezing cold before and after showers. No floor towels, ho hand towels were provided.

Review 74：Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a deluxe villa which had all the comforts we could have asked for. A highlight was seeing two wombats in their natural environment very close to our villa. Staff were most pleasant and welcoming.

Ac would not work in the morning for some reason-it was very cold, tiles were missing from the over the stove, kickboardhad fallen off the kitchen cupboard and was still laying on the floor.Crumbs were on the floor under the dining room table, allliving/dining room windows were very dirty, coffee table table wasdusty and sticky at the same time. Outside light and toilet light didnot work. No outside light made entry hazardous in the moonless night.There was no kitchen tidy of rubbish bags. Lounge pillows were ripped.

Review 94：I confess we only stayed here for one night because we couldn't find any other accommodation in kangaroo valley for that night! Our focus was very much on spending time in the nearby Bendeela Camping and Picnic ground to see some wombats in their natural habitat. But our cabin at Kangaroo Valley Golf Resort was a fantastic added bonus, really spacious and comfortable with kitchen bedroom bathroom and living room. Views across the golf course were beautiful too and if I played golf I'm sure I would have loved playing there!
