Review 1：I found it strange they allowed to stay 4 adults and a baby >1 year old in a neighbour room. Obviously adults excited the baby too much so he was awake and loud till late. We asked reception to change the rooms but they answered they are fully booked. When we asked the neighbours to be quieter through the wall they came to our room to say they have a young child so we should shut up. Lack of privacy like that is not acceptable.
Review 2：The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, on the mountain with the picturesque nature around. Great value for 3*. Our room had a lovely view.
Review 3：Worn-out mattress, airconditioner switching off in the middle of the night, very little choice of food for breakfast and the fact they give you water/drinks in a plastic cup!

Review 10：The biggest let down was the breakfast. It was very limited and there was no fruit. We felt that the cleanliness wasn't quite up to our standards. The shower needed a good clean, the floor could have done with a bit of cleaning and the rugs needed hoovering.
Review 11：Beautiful view, great location for Mount Etna and it is very charcterful. Rooms were a good size and with big balconies.
Review 12：Our rate was non-refundable and our credit card was already charged when we arrived. When we asked to change the form of payment to another credit card or even cash, the receptionist reused, quite rudely. In all of our many very positive experiences in using Booking.com we did not meet such an attitude. In addition, the water in the shower suddenly stopped, I was left covered with soap. It took them a long couple of hours to fix the problem (that we could not understand what it was due to language barriers).
Review 13：The hotel is located up-up on the hill on the outskirt of Zaffarena. The balcony in our room provided the most beautiful panaromic view of the coast. The building is impressing, art-decore style, the room was clean, and the bathroom was marbled tiled in a quality that you don't find any more in hotels. Breakfast was good. Given the distance to the nearest village, we also had dinner in the hotel, which was reasonable, but not much more.
