Review 2：Almost everything!!! We went to Sannicola and this holiday residence in October 2015. It started with very positive discussions on the Internet with the owner before we arrived. Then, when we arrived, as the other apartments were available and as we were 10 in total (3 adults and 7 children), we were graciously offered the second apartment next to the one we rented for free, in addition to the first one. The owner did not have to and it clearly showed what kind of wood the owners are made of, and overtime we had a discussion with them during our stay, everything was perfect. The apartments are very well decorated with quality products and it was a pleasure to stay 3 nights there. Clearly it is a place where the owners pay attention to everything that is in the apartments, instead of putting old furnitures as many others do. We can see the owners are GREAT people and it matters according to me, as it usually reflects that your rental will be. The rooms, the bathrooms, the sofas, the terrace on the roof, the decoration, the linen were all perfect. It was really a pleasure to stay in this apartment. Last but not least, the owner offered us very good local little breads when we left. Again, one of these nice little attentions that matter. 3 great days at the TS residence. WE LOVE IT If you hesitate renting this apartment (and we did initially), then consider this option very seriously.
