Review 1：They never made up the room even after 3 requests,I had to eventually go to reception and pick up fresh towels at 9pm . On checkout they charged for a taxi we did not have and doubled the price of some laundry. This was after giving tips to all staff. No hot water at certain times.

Review 3：Hotel is really far from the center. What's nice is that the train station is close by which makes it easier to reach downtown, but makes it more challenging in the evenings.

Review 5：The location was not convenient and there was not much within walking distance. I had picked this hotel to get out of the hustle of the city and go somewhere quiet, but it was on a main road with traffic noise (but no honking) all day long. Getting into the city center by taxi was also challenging both nights because of huge traffic jams, so it took forever.

Review 12：A 5-minute walk from the rail station. We rode the city circle to get to the various attractions. The room was very clean. Bed was quite comfortable with two pillows. Breakfast was good. James at the front desk was very accommodating with requests and generally helpful.

Review 13：We had a very nice stay in this hotel, and the last day we returned. The rooms are very nice, especially the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice and from all the hotels we stayed during our trip, it was the only one who served buffet and had so much choice. Thank you !

Review 16：The hotel is quite new and as a result everything is in very good shape. The room was excellent with a very good bed, top quality bedding (which is somewhat rare in Myanmar ) and a clean and modern bathroom. Also the manager, James was extremely helpful and accommodating. You can easily get rooms for less in Yangon but if you are willing to spend just a little bit more, this place is well worth it.

Review 17：Service was outstanding. James and his team could not do enough for us. Including paying for our meal at a restaurant when they couldn't accept credit cards!! Picked up from the airport on our return to Yangon and offered us the shower facilities even though we weren't staying another night. Fantastic hotel. Great rooftop.

Review 20：This is a gem in Yangon. An almost new hotel where everything works, kept meticulously clean, and with a very helpful, hard-working staff. WiFi connection very good for Yangon, and buffet breakfast very nice. James, the manager, speaks fluent English and bends over backwards to help guests. Thanks, James! Location a bit far if you want to be in the steamy centre of Yangon, but really no need. Taxis go past every minute in the road outside, and it only costs $2 to get around. Supermarket just up the road, restaurants nearby. Definitely stay again.

Review 26：staff is really friendly, the management is super efficient and very accommodating. i needed a last minute change and it was done after only one message. i got good tips on how to negotiate with taxi drivers and on nearby restaurants. the room was nice, the bed was extra comfortable and breakfast at the rooftop was very good.
