Review 1：1. Horrible bed first night. In my bookings request I asked explicitely for a soft matrass/bed, because of a physical disability. What happened was that I got the hardest bed of the whole hotel. After the first night, I asked a kind cleaning woman whether she could arrange a softer matrass for me. She did it and was very helpful. She basically made my stay there! At the reception they told me that the staff responsible for the beds and rooms is disconnected to the central organization, and that is why they would not know which room has soft or hard matrasses. The cleaning lady knew it. she told me that my room was equipped with one of the hotel's hardest matrasses. It seemed to me that the staff of the different entities (wellness, beach club, rooms, reception) are completely disconnected and dont know what the other does. the guest has to arrange himself and run from one to the other for better information. Same with some other things. A second negative point was that some of the reception ladies were very unfriendly. They didnt like it when I approached their desk. Just a nuisance such a guest.The hotel itself is nice, but it would need a better trained stuff and better organisation for being a 4star.

Review 4：The lake bar makes this place, staff are great, location perfect, super modern and very well catered. Arrived in morning left late that night and enjoyed the sun, lake and view. Great breakfast variety and parking.

Review 12：Although the spa is great, the hotel itself need a little renovating. It is not that bad one would advise not to go there, everything is very clean, but in accordance with the star rating a bit of redesign would not hurt.
Review 13：A nice hotel with a great spa in the Beach Club by the lake. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Everything is very clean.
Review 14：Reception is not for 24 hours. At check-in late at night, all entrance area was closed and dark. My room was big, but old.

Review 16：A very nice hotel with good location and friendly staff. Good breakfasts with a variety of cold and hot dishes. I was offered half-board but I opted for breakfast only, because there are a lot of restaurants and cafes in the town and it was interesting to try different options. The hotel has own nice well-equipped beach with a restaurant and a swimming pool, which was very good in rainy weather.
Review 17：1.It is impossible to wash your hands with soap and water. There is no soap. Once the gel in the shower. 2. Stairs descend into the water is dirty. 3. Parasols require repair or replacement.
