Review 1：Too noisy. The construction next to the hotel woke me up early. The room key didn't work n need to come down again with my luggage to sort it out.

Review 3：Bathroom was dirty and the hair dryer didn't work. Laundry here cost us half of the room rate for three nights! Staff forgot to call us a taxi so we left half hour later than we had arranged with them.

Review 11：Not clean, housekeeping wasn't done properly. There is no toilet tissue top-up, expect customer to call for top-up, this should be checked while housekeeping. There was a died cockroach in the room from first day check in until check out (4days). Should have a proper housekeeping checklist on what's need to be done. We have to complain twice to check the aircond temperature as it was too hot.

Review 18：Terrible experience. It happened that the air-conditioner system was malfunctioned during our stay. According to the housekeeping staff, air-cond supply to nineth floor had been malfunctioning for weeks. Fail to understand why the hotel management still allow their guests to occupy nineth floor during our stay. Toilet's condition was also terrible. Slippery floor, poor floor tiles!

Review 26：With the ongoing construction work around the area nearby the hotel, have no scenery to view, and its block by other hotels. Yet that may not bring much attention to what i have to share!, Have to do some more improvement on the cable channels quality, its very upset even the maintenance didn't get back to the guest to make an effort that they tried to did something to it for further updates, just came once to the guest with a used cable and just toggle the cable to see the channel still not very clear, and said to come back however didn't came back at all yet not even a friendly courtesy call said they be tried their best or something, yet just silence, and best past still call reception and they mention will send some tech guy to the room however its empty promises. Customer service improvement are really required to sustained the quality of service for the hotel image. May need to put up a lot of training/refresher courses to staff in tourism and hospitality.

(05)Since we're smoking, I can't open the windows as the windows was all sealed and locked and depend entirely on air conditioning -poor ventilation-...

Review 72：Housekeeping is bad. When I came in and open the fridge. There was foodleftover from previous occupier and it stinked. After callinghousekeeping, a guy came, took out the food. And I had to tell him toclean it (because he came in empty handed without any cleaning tools).He came back in with a dry sponge and literally 'wiped' thefridge. That was it. Then, when I went to the bathroom, there was a usedshaver on the floor below the sink. God knows when was the last timehousekeeping cleaned it. (Oh btw, I checked in late, so I assumed theroom was nicely done before I came, cause they had so much time. I waswrong) Bathroom floor edges are moldy. In the shower, the floor isclogged. By the time you put on the shampoo, the water has covered yourtoes. Extra towel and pillow are subject to extra charges. My mum was inthe room when housekeeping came in for their daily cleanup (they came inlate). My mum found out that they only replenish toiletries (tissues,soaps and towel) and tuck in the blanket for the beds. No sweeping ormopping of the floors, cleaning of cabinets, changing of bed sheets orpillow cases. None. Trust me, I have been to way cheaper budget hotelseven in neighboring countries and they do way better. Breakfast wasdissapointing. The only thing that was doable are the cereals. Choicesare limited. They need to really look into this. Free WiFi but cannotdetect the WiFi. Beds are abit on the softer side.

Walkway from JB Sentral station (starts at the bus stop on the EAST side of the CIQ building) is quiet and partially dark at night, but there are other walkers unless very late. First walk south, then turn 120 degrees to the left, go right after restaurants, passing workshop for cars and then left and walk past College of Hospitality. Aircon cooled well, even if we sat it to 30C.

Review 78：Slow walk to JB sentral station (train and bus) takes 5-10 minutes. We found nothing to dislike about the room or service, and buffet breakfast was fairly complete, but we didn't see eggs. Shower and sink had hot water, water pressure very good. Our rating is relative to budget price. We stayed in room 812 (room numbers went to ~1100). Bed mattress had recoil. Possible to open (large) window. Possible to iron shirt in corridor. Two elevators plus stairs.

Review 101：- Breakfast was better then expected from reviews (as for westerns we have got salads,pancakes,fried eggs,toast,cornflakes,fruits). Adding cheese and ham/chicken slides, boiled egg, cereals and 2-3 extra fruits choice would make it well suited. There are local options too as rice porridge,fried rice, noodles though chinese didn't seen to be happy with breakfast. - pool 0,4m and 1,2m good for children. - left toy in first room, which was found after request.

Review 115：This Hotel has seen better days, but it is clean. The shower door was jammed and nearly came of the hinges when I fiddled with it. The noise from the nearby construction site might be a problem if you don't have ear-plugs, but noisy construction sites are a fixture in South East Asia, it is not the fault of the administration.

Review 116：Hotel is conveniently situated at a stones throw from the Mall and Bus/Train Station which makes its an interesting choice. It is clean, and the staff were helpful. The oversized shower head delivered a welcome blast of well pressured hot water, very good!

I dont think he's doing it because it's his job, you can see that he's passionate about it. For a 3 star hotel, I would say the service should at least get a 4.5

When we asked how to go to legoland, they explained that we have to wait long enough to go there by bus from the station, and suggested us to use taxi with approximate fare 30 RM. They also gave information that we could enter legoland half an hour before the schedule because we stay in their hotel. They made a phone call when we wanted to use taxi.
