Review 1：Arrogant concierge who prefer speaking on the phone then answering guests' questions.

Review 2：View on the 6th floor is truly spectacular. The hotel is very close to the sea.

Review 3：most of the stuff were saying "not my faut and I am new here"(Bell boy) Elevator is not working, so I had to use the steps to reach my room of the 6th floor. Internet is not working. Room telephone is not working..

Review 5：It seems more correct to consider it as a 3+ stars hotel recently refreshed rather than a 4 stars hotel. Furthermore, the guy taking care of the check out was not kind in having discussions trying to justify why they charge the amounts during the night and not at the check out, even if they already had the pre-authorization 6 hours before!!! Better to say: "our owner prefers to move in this way rather than say "it's the software..."" Note that I was not the only one claiming for this subject!
