Review 1：This is until now the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. There was an excellent price offer for December and we stayed only one night. It's for sure a luxury type of apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has even a dishwasher although we didn't need any. Very spacious, warm, brand new! All the materials and furniture are new and of high quality! The apartment was exceptionally clean. The location is just perfect. We quickly found a free parking space just behind the building. Reception works very professionally. Check-in and check-out were very easy and smooth. They also do the registration for all the guests. We loved this apartment and didn't want to leave! And moreover we were inspired with some great ideas for home!

Review 2：Somebody was making big construction noise in the morning so I couldn't sleep but probably that's the price you have to pay for placing the apartment in the residential building. It's not up to the owner of the place.

Review 3：Almost everything was perfect. Location, comfort, and fascilities. Great place!

Review 4：One of the air-conditioners (in the bedroom) did not provide any heat, only the one in the living room did. It was almost 0 degrees Celsius outside, maybe it couldn't keep up, but everything else was great.

Review 6：I have to say this is the best place I've stay before. Everything is prepared and you can get everything you need!!! The flat is sooooo large and good!

Review 7：Where do I start... When you arrive you realize that this is not a hotel but a real estate agency that is renting flats. At first they hit you with hidden charges(like city tax). When we arrived at the room it was spacious but there were not enough bed linens and towels. The water heater wasn't working so we couldn't shower, they don't provide shampoo or any other amenities(you have to pay for those). At the end when we were living we were hit with more additional costs that they didn't even bother to mention or write somewhere. Overall I would not recommend going to these "hotel"

Review 9：The property wasn't in the best condition. Looks much nicer on photos, I am afraid. We went there for a few days break and we were waking up early every single morning from the noise of next door building work. Wasn't a pleasant stay and definitely wasn't what we expected based on reviews and stunning look.

Review 15：Construction project inside the building began at 8 am and lasted on and off all day, two days in a row. Not the fault of the owners - apparently they don't own the building, just a lot of apartments in the building.

Review 18：The apartment was really standardly impressive and it looks clean so we did not hesitate to step on the floor without any socks or slippers but then after we saw our feet it was like the apartments were not maintained well because our feet was totally black from dirtyness of the floor so we guess that they do not map the floor constantly. We were not able to sleep how it should be because they let the construction workers to start from 7 in the morning so the sound was terrible.

Living room, TV with over 200 channels, large bathroom and shower, modern and fully equipped kitchen, balcony, safe entrance, lift. At the heart of Podgorica. We felt really relaxed from a long journey and enjoyed in full. Great value for the money as well. Will recommend to all travellers and families.

Review 22：Fantastic 4 star style apartment. Perfect in every way, except for the bed was not so comfrey. Great view over the mountains. Good wifi, great staff,good hot water, very central to everything. Kitchen well equiped. Highly recommend!

Review 23：We arrived at the apartment approx. 12.30 and weren't able to check in. We were told we had to come back at 1pm as this was check in time which was fine. In the same breathe we were told we couldn't check in at the time anyway as repairs were being made to the room. We were told to come back at 2pm and to go and eat whilst we waited. We came back at 2pm and were told the room still wasn't ready. We weren't happy. We asked for discount as it was incredibly inconvenient. They gave us an upgrade to a larger apartment. The same day there was a power cut and the apartment does not have emergency lighting. We called someone to report this but it seemed to be a regular occurrence and the guy said the electricity would be on in approx. 20 minutes. We went out to eat and it was back on when we arrived back. We also asked the company to arrange a taxi for us to go to the airport - they said this was no problem and they would sort this. On the day we wanted to go to the airport we were unable to check out as the office was closed and no taxi had been arranged. We had to leave the keys in the apartment and ask someone in the street to call a taxi on our behalf. We were disappointed with this as we had read quite a lot of positive reviews but the overall service felt very amateur, unprofessional and unreliable.

Review 24：The apartments are exquisite and the location is pretty central.

Review 25：One minor issue with the air con - staff had to reboot the electrical box each time it stopped working. Not their fault but worth sorting it out, especially for the summer months!

Review 26：Super central to main part of Podgorica. Podgorica is a good base for many sights nearby (there isn't lots and lots to do in the city itself). Very modern, spacious apartment and super helpful staff!

Review 27：Great large modern 1 brm apartment in central location. Has balcony with mountain views and we'll equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine dryer. Close to lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Very comfortable here for 3 days but would suit longer stays as well.

Review 29：Athos Apartments is really a step above most of the apartments you find on booking.com. The rooms should be compared to a suite in an expensive hotel, except they are much less expensive than the hotel suite. Really, really nice. And very centrally located. Also, most private apartments that you find on booking.com require you to contact the owner and have them come and meet you. Athos has staff at a ground level location from early until late. I highly recommend Athos.

Review 30：Some small things, but nothing that warrants deducting any points. (For example, the previous guest had returned some dishes to the shelf without washing them very thoroughly, but we simply put them into the dishwasher so it was no big deal.) Only slightly annoying thing (which hopefully someone will read here and maybe fix): The silicone joints of the shower are a bit leaky, so after taking a shower the bathroom floor often was very wet.

Review 31：1) Fully equipped flat with really everything we needed: Washing machine, dishwasher, a lot of kitchenware (not just the bare essentials but really a good selection of useful things including proper knives, spatulas, bowls of various sizes, ...), very fast Internet, TV with USB slot (can be used for watching any video files via USB stick), air conditioning, ... . 2) Cleaning lady came every other day to bring fresh towels and toilet paper, which is more service than we had dared to hope for in an apartment. 3) Absolutely awesome location! Before traveling there we looked at the map and wrongly believed it was a bit far away from the "old town", but it turned out that the real city center actually is the "down town" right in front of the door.

Review 35：We booked and apartment for 5 people. Once we arrived we've been told that the apartment is not finishes yet and we get 2 for the same price. I think it is not correct that we can book a room which is not finished yet. Also, there were only blankets/pillows for 4 people and we were 5.

Review 38：The aprt-hotel was very nice and very spacious! Everything was modern and I had everything I needed for my stay. They gave me a two bedroom suite which was plenty of rooms for me because I was traveling solo. I had my own router so my wi-fi connection was very decent. Everything was perfect! I wish I could stay longer but I had to catch a flight the following day. But I'd definitely stay there again if I'd go back to Montenegro. The staff was very helpful. The male who helped me during check in, I forgot his name but he said he worked on a cruise ship before and was stationed in Florida. He helped me with my luggage and showed me where everything was, including suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The female receptionist when I checked out the next day was also very helpful, she gave me ideas on what to do and where to go for next visit. They're very polite and professional. The female also called a taxi for me and was very apologetic when the taxi was late. I highly recommend this place! Great value for the money!

Review 48：Right next to the city center, very modern and comfortable apartment, with airco and wifi and everything like dishwashingmachine and freezer and we actually even used the washing machine, since there was one and there also was washing detergent. The girl who welcomed us was very friendly and gave us great tips on the best ice cream shops and restaurants and beer cafés, really great.

Review 49：The apartment has everything what you need, if you are traveling a lot and hate to stay in hotels. As an exemption, and not seen before in other apartments, there was even liquid detergent provided for the washing machine. Usually, when I need to wash, I first have to search a shop for buying it. The location is in the center, 200 m from the main square, no problem to find a restaurant or a place for the breakfast. But thought in the center, the apartment is absolutely silent as it has the view to the backyard and mountains. Super.

Very helpful and friendly staff with really good English skills, easy to find and near shops. In the perfect location for a night out eating or drinking but with the shutters it was quiet enough to get a good sleep. Not too far to walk to the bus station and the airport is a 6 Euro taxi ride away. 100% recommend.

Review 81：The apartment was very clean and well decorated. The internet is strong and had many English speaking cable channels. Full kitchen to prepare a full meal with modern appliances. Comfortable sofa and very well insulated apartment which doesn't allow for traffic noise. The bed is extremely comfortable and you will get a good night sleep. Nice shower with rain shower head and a small balcony overlooking the court yard. Great place to stay!

До автобусной и железнодорожной станции 20 минут пешком. Рекомендую! Не всякий отель так удобен.--------- This is a great hotel with apartments of different sizes. We booked a four bed room, we were provided with a five for the same price. Huge, luxurious, with a great kitchen and two bathrooms. 200 metres away is the ancient Church of the 10th century with paintings at the foot of the Mountain. Near parks and supermarket. Bus and train station is 20 minutes walk. Recommend! Not every hotel is so convenient.

And all things you would need would be in there from iron to kitchen utensils. Best feature for me was the shower, extremely large balcony and sound proofing of the building.

Review 101：When we visited, the building itself was just 8 months old. Building was clean and well maintained. Apartment is as advertised and more. Extremely modern, fit even with a mini-bar, washing machine, dishwasher machine, a mini-grill, and all eating utensils you'd ever need to eat or cook with. We also used the taxi service with Jovan - highly recommended. He speaks English very well and drives a new (non-Eastern Europe) vehicle and is very knowledgeable about his country, so it was very interesting to ride with him and learn about the country.

Podgorica is a massively underrated city. It might not have lots of typical touristy sights but there was plenty to see and do for the 3 days we were there

Review 110：Although we'd booked for an extra bed, we had to prompt the staff to bring bedding. Similarly we'd pre-booked car parking in the underground garage but weren't issued with a pass to get out and had to go to office to get one.

Review 127：It is a new apartment in new building (in 2013, I think), 5-10 min walking distance to the center of the town. Plenty of space: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Full of equipments, new furniture. Almost luxury, especially for an apartment... My whole family (wife and two older children) was delighted!

Review 128：It is not possible to rate Apartments Athos high enough. The apartment was amazing.....huge, clean, comfortable. It felt like a luxury apartment for a very small price. Location right in the main city was an added bonus. Loved this place and wish I had stayed longer
