Review 1：Good hotel for the price. Very convenient location right by the station where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Easy walk to city hall. Rooms are small but had everything we needed.

Review 11：Excellent breakfast. Large bed for a twin room. The reception lady was very helpful as one of us lost a wallet in a JR station's waiting room and had to report loss to JR and the police. She helped us to call the JR hotline and explained the incident in Japanese and also to record a voice message for us to do a police report.

Review 14：Great hotel, very clean, especially the bathroom. Great free breakfast, Starbucks quality coffee 24 hours a day and full sets of manga to read at leisure. Public bath was small but clean, the bed was oriented well and the outlet was at the head of the bed, made using the cell phone easy.

Review 16：In close proximity to JR station, Coin laundry and clothes dryers are provided, Breakfast is simple yet delisious and in good quality. Just 50 mins to Tokyo via shinkansen. Easy to connect to other cities in Gunma, e.g. ikaho onsen, Minakami, and etc.

Review 17：At around 3am, a large party of buisness men were screaming and shouting for a good hour or so. We called up front desk but they could only respond with "no english" which was no ones fault, purely a language barrier. Surprised no one else called up to complain... Bed was rather small and uncomfortable with a floating side table that you would frequently bash your head against while you sleep.
