Review 1：Availability of parking since the hotel does not provide a car park. For women who travel solo or with group of friends (women), you need to be extra careful at night as the place nearby hotel is quite and more non local people hanging out there.

Review 2：The hotel is reachable by public transport. The location that is middle on town make it easier to reach most of shopping mall. Also nearby Komtar JBCC (just walking distance) and it is easy to go anywhere from this location.

Review 4：I celebrated my hubby's birthday n requested that our room be decorated & the staff surprised me wif their enthusiam. Then on my birthday I had a pleasant surprise again when they upgraded our room, decorated it very differently but beautifully n included a birthday cake as well. Pleasant surprised indeed n A Million thanks to Ms Indah, Ms Kavita & Mr Danial. Awesome Guys!!!

Review 5：it is a 3 star hotel yet it isnt as clean as it looks like. too pricey for the facility and the hospitality of the staffs. The breakfast was also lousy. I asked for a sunny side up egg and they put scrambled egg on my table. it was also one of the most terrible scrambled eggs ever in my life. I dont know if it were too much to give some eggs to the guess that my egg looked like it didnt come from an egg but just like two eggs for three portion or something like that. I dont like the food either. For those who would like to stay here for its location, just book the room without the bfast. It isnt worth your money. exactly in front of the hotel there is Nasi Kandar restaurant. It serves many kinds of food. delicious and also affordable.

Review 7：Toilet cannot lock, the glass door even got gap between the door and door frame, people can easily peek through the gap or break into the toilet while you are showering ...room lack of decoration...my room was big but so empty...I thought 4 star hotel can do better than this...the iron room at level 5, very dirty and hot...lift so small...customers have to squeeze into the lift...

Review 36：Simple yet modern and comfortable. Staff at counter are polite and especially the chubby Malay staff (guy) who wears specs (I missed his name). We stayed at the hotel twice and both time he handled customer with politeness and professionalism.

Review 37：The housekeeping staff standard is an all time low! We were long term guests for 3weeks and for 3 whole weeks the toilet had not been washed and algae grew on the wall tiles. The toilet bowl was only washed once in the 3 weeks! Worse, towels were not provided till 6pm. Everyday if we returned earlier than 6pm we had to chase the front desk for towels. Toiletries were not adequately provided also. Some days no shower gel some days no toothbrush some days no toilet paper!

Review 39：Paid for a club room, waste of money. The club lounge is pathetic with a few cans and biscuits. Don't bother paying the extra for a club room, simply not worth it. The wifi hardly worked at all during our stay. Poor breakfast.

Review 62：-I booked the rooms through a third party website and it was not stated anywhere in that website that there were no windows in some rooms. This information is important to guests as some of them might not like feeling claustrophobic. It was worse when I found out that all the 3 rooms (2 family and 1 standard room) given to me had no windows. -The wall was sooooooooooo thin that I could hear the slightest conversation of the couple next door. It was so hard to fall asleep especially when you could hear the sound of TV and chattering from the room next door as clear as a bell at 4am! - We also found loose strands of hair, dirt, dust, sand and mould on the room floor, toilet bowl and telephone! It made me wonder if the housekeeping team cleaned the room before check in or merely change the bedsheet as the room was so dusty and grimey. - The biggest issue I had during my stay was the security lapse. We had another family barging to our room while we were changing as they were given a set of entry card to the same room. This would be a huge issue if someone were to enter the room while we were sleeping or out of the room. This security lapse was totally unacceptable especially when the safe box was not working!

Review 63：The only saving grace for the hotel is its location and friendly front desk officers. I applaud them for their good service recovery by giving me assurances when I encountered issues concerning security (didn't help much) and missing towels.

Ohh god its hard to get towel.eventually after another 20mins housekeeping then gave the 2 towels to my rm.

This is really unacceptable. The wifi is also very weak and doesn't work most of the time. But go in to my room without permission really make me uncomfortable, especially for lady.

Review 114：It was noisy because of connecting room with yelling children. There were shouting in the corridor between 9 to 12. Hard to get any sleep early. Air conditioner was faulty, auto switch off every 15 to 20 minutes. Had to keep powering it on for air. It gets stuffy without the air con.
