Review 13：The day spa was okay but the facilities and quality of indoor pool could have been better. Also one member of staff there was unhelpful. But that's the only criticism of the place. There is a spa in the town of Cervia that would have been a better destination if that's what you are looking for.
Review 14：The staff were professional and made our stay a very enjoyable one. The pool was great and there were always sun loungers available. Would highly recommend the buffet dinner. The breakfast was also something I will miss!
Review 15：A woman taking up all the reception doing paperwork.The staff on reception seemed more interested in her and as a result no-one returned our passports to us. Both my wife and I thought the other had recieved them back and we had to return to collect them. Normally, hotels give passports back shortly after arrival.
