Review 3：The location was perfect... Close enough to Yeppoon and Emu Park to easily visit for coffee, dining or shopping... Access to the marina and restaurant made eating easy... Lovely beaches for walking and swimming. Without exception staff were helpful, obliging and friendly. The room I stayed in was open, airy and fresh.

Review 6：It looked better in the photos than reality. Swimming pool wasn't in use & our daughter much prefers the pool to the sea so a bit annoying. Luckily we were only staying for 1 night.

Review 24：it still had cyclone damage, and it was windy and tarps on the roof flapped and bashed all day and night, no sleep, was a wedding and lots of guests were not happy, the weather was bad, that is nature, that room should not be used till repairs done, or tell customers first, we were very unhappy and did not want to pay for the room, it was hard because we were booked for a 4 day wedding.

Review 30：Our room was very dirty, old and very dated (we think the room had not been cleaned properly since we stayed their for our honeymoon 21 years ago) the room looked nothing like the photos on your website. The windows didn't open properly, the window mounted exhaust fan in the bathroom had no cover therefore the fan and live wires were exposed (very dangerous). The beds are old and saggy and the lamps didn't work. Also we are a family of four in a apartment with a kitchen and all we had to cook with was 2 very small saucepans and one stove top fry pan. There was a hose left of our veranda floor WHS!! We must have got the worst room in the complex - our next stop was Mackay and for a much cheaper price we got a 2 bedroom with kitchen etc on the beach of superior/clean standard.

Review 33：Loved the location.Rosslyn Bay itself is gorgeous. Beds comfortable & well equipped for self contained.Could see renovations being done which was good to see improvements/ place is invested in, not just left to become outdated.

Review 34：Restaurant staff put music up full bore at 7 am Sunday morning, whole cleaners bellowed to each other outside our rooms. So no chance of sleeping in and having a restful holiday. Absolutely no privacy in your room - random guests just wandered in front of our unit to have a smoke, while staff smoked at our back door. Definitely won't return to this hotel, it needs a visit from Gordon Ramsey.

Review 36：The lounge was like a rock to sit on, almost cracked my tail bone when I sat down. TV reception was poor.

Review 41：It started with a warm welcome at reception. The ladies were fun, knowledgeable and welcoming. The 2 bedroom appartment was clean, and dressed with beautiful cane coastal furniture. After waking to the most beautiful scenary, you walk out your door, cross the road and your on the beach. SPECTACULAR.

Review 42：Loved the spaciousness of the Bungalow Spa accommodation. Accommodation very clean, good size balcony, and being self contained an asset. Also having a top class restaurant on site is perfect to our needs.

Review 45：We stayed in 2 different units on our way to and back from Great Keppel Island. The first Unit #22 was great but the 2nd Unit #23 was a more dated Unit needing a refresh. Although both Units were very clean. A biggie was there was no soap provided in Unit #23 although shampoo & conditioner were.

Review 46：We stayed at the Rosslyn Bay Resort due to it's close proximity to the Harbour as we travelled by ferry to Great Keppel Island for a weeks holiday & vise versa. The view overlooking the beach was beautiful. Units were very clean.

Review 53：There was no microwave in our room even though it was advertised. There was only a QS bed even though it said on my booking sheet it would be a KS. The noise from the construction started too early and wasn't completed for our wedding but I guess Rome wasn't built in a day.

Review 103：A couple of little things, sliding door and some windows in loung room very hard to navigate open or close, especially for someone with a back injury. On one day there was a lot of rain and we could not use the balcony as it was wet and water everywhere. A ph call from reception would have been appreciated, to see if we needed anything, hence the bad weather. Rang and asked for some mats, re coming in from balcony on to a tiled floor which was then very slippery and dangerous, they were then duly delivered. Not enough toilet paper. Room was not serviced in the 5 days, maybe after 3 days? it could have been serviced and would have been most welcome. kitchen equipment could have been more consisitent, my brother was next door and he had things in his kitchen which we borrowed as we did not have them.

Review 104：My family and I loved the location, the fact that we were given ground floor units, which was so helpful to 2 members of our group. The unit was spacious, wifi was great, and the whole place was relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Aircon in bedroom was whisper quiet and very cooling. All in all, lovely place to visit and stay.

Review 105：There was only one thing we didn't like... The shower was hopeless and as we feel the bed and the shower are critical to make for a good stay we possibly wouldn't return even though the position was great.

Review 106：There was a band playing until late Saturday night. I contacted management who ignored my texts. If you are wanting a nice quiet resort, this is not the place for you. There is no sound proofing, only single glass window shutters. There was also a power outage in 35 degree heat. I understand things happen, however there was no apology from management or offer of a discount.
