Review 1：One evening gym was occupied by fitness group, so to use spa was possible but not convenient for me tho, as well as gym room wasn't suitable to exercise while session of this group.

Review 2：Location isn't centreish, but taxi to downtown or mall varies from 1 to 2 euros. Staff is excellent: speaks English, ready to help with anything, friendly and efficient. Small but great gym, spa with an amazing city view terrace. Decent breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, free transfer to airport.

Review 3：Hotel heats up extremely on very hot days, so if you switch off the AC at night to sleep the hot corridors will heat up your room quickly. Ok if you keep the AC running. Not as conveniently located to the train station as it seems on the map as there is no exit from the station on this side.

Review 5：The hotel is attached to a Toyota dealership (same owner) so that was off-putting. The hotel is also located a fair distance from the center of town, so transportation/a car is a must. The waiter in the restaurant was always in a bad mood, too, which was quite strange. Also, the breakfast buffet was just okay.

Review 6：The suite with terrace was lovely, and offered a small kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff was very helpful. It was a quiet retreat.

Review 8：Extremely clean and comfortable modern hotel. Was wonderful to relax in this oasis after a hot and bumpy 6 hour bus trip from Sarajevo. Hotel provided a free transfer to the airport. Not close to the old town so we just relaxed in the hotel.

The manager picked us up himself from the airport and explained to us where to visit. The bed is quite comfortable but it is the pillows which deserve a special mention: among the best we've tried in hotels so far!

Review 18：Breakfast was quite an odd experience and this was the only place that I found staff not very helpful. The waiter didn't want to engage at all and as many other people have said a lot of the items were put out early and then left to just sit. That bein said the cold items were nice.

The interior is modern and elegant, my room was spacious with big windows and an amazing view of the city. Most importantly it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is attentive and pleasant, food is great, and again, an amazing view from the restaurant balcony. My only regret is that I didn't have more free time to spoil myself at the spa. I am definitely going back to hotel Aurel next time I'm in Podgorica!

Because mine was a very early check out (4am) I would have missed the breakfast (which was included in the price of my room) so they suggested to offer me instead a lunch box (including 2sandwiches and some fruit), which was very much appreciated since it is very uncommon practice. Despite the fact that the location of the hotel is not in a nice area/outskirts of city-fairly close to airport, the hotel itself is splendid-very modern decoration, with all the comforts of a 4stars hotel. Review 72：We stayed here one night on our way to the mountains and loved the facility. The staff helped is rent a car on a Sunday which is the day when Podgorica shuts down. The entire hotel was clean, modern and lovely. Our room was very spacious and the wellness center was fantastic.

Review 73：The dinner at the restaurant was poor for the price. We ordered a prawn risotto which had 4 of the smallest prawns and the tomato base tasted like it was from a packet. The vegetable soup also appeared to be from a packet. I would not recommend eating at this restaurant.
