Review 1：Lousy wifi connection, practically no wifi in the hotel room. Image of room on the website did not match the actual room given.

Review 2：Luckily there is The Store Supermarket and a Mr DIY store within the premises to pass our time in.

Review 3：It lacked certain facilities for its rooms, such as fridges and bathtubs. Its TV also had an extremely limited channel access. Servicing for rooms often take a while.

Review 5：Blood stains on the wall. Bathroom door always jammed. Windows with no view. Not much shopping areas near the hotel. Long queue check in and check out (one counter is open).

Review 21：The staff at the front desk need some smile on their face. Room was so warm even when the Aircon is switched to the lowest temperature. It takes 2 hours for the operator to come up to check. Was only give 1 shampoo and soap for a room for 2,definitely not enough to use. Can't watch any channels because reception was really bad. Carpet was really disgusting.

Lots of security in the area. Ample parking KSL supermall just 5 minutes drive away or 20 minutes walk.

Review 44：- the parking is far from the actual hotel as we are using the same parking as the plaza -the entrance from the carpark to the plaza is block (to prevent trolley being taken out) but made it difficult for stroller to pass too! -the staff did not give clear instructions on how to get free parking spot which in turn forced my husband to make a useless trip back to hotel to enquire further details

Review 45：- We requested for extra towels but they said we'll be charged for it. - Had to request for hairdryer as well. - We asked for an extra card key but they wanted to charge an additional RM20 for the key. - Requested for the free bottles of water cause one of us was sick, they refused to give it to us cause it was "too late" in the night. One of my friends had to insist on getting the water and in the end they only gave a bottle.

Review 46：We only chose this place cause a convention was held at the same mall. - Lots of food close by, even a 24hr Old Town. - Rooms are pretty big.
