Review 1：The guy at the reception (maybe the manager of the hotel) was one of the most rude and unhelpful employee we have ever met. The room we had had a roof window exactly above the bed, it had no curtain or blind, so we were obliged to wake up at 5/6 am. The same day we arrived I kindly asked to fix the problem or to change the room and I was asssured they would cover the window. Nothing was done the first day, after a sleepless night we asked again and they put a thin sheet of dark paper on the glass. We asked to have an extra towel to help covering the light, and we were treated as if we were crazy. The morning after we were stoped by the guy at the reception just to be told that if we didn't like the accomodation we could change hotel! We did not complain after the second night, we were always polite in our requests, we were sincerely expecting him to offer us to change room, imagine our astonishment. We will never come back to this hotel.
Review 2：The girls at the reception and at the restaurant were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is very close to Carezza, one of the most beautiful places on the Alps.
