Review 1：A bit noisy, as there were several families with children and rooms are not very sound proof. Our room was next to the lift which is very noisy when operating.

Review 16：Hotel staff very helpful with information about what to do and where to go in surrounding area. We have used this hotel as our starting point for trips to Pisa,Sienna,Florence,San Gimignano,Lucca.we can only recommend this hotel with pleasure. Big hug to Rachele on the reception desk☺.

Review 18：When we first saw it we weren't very excited but after a little while everything seemed perfect.We used it for a night(wish we had stayed longer) on our way from south France to Rome.The staff was very kind and helpful.They spoke English very well.The room was very clean and spaceous.They provided us with lots of towels.There was a nice balcony and a minibar.The breakfast super (my kids still say that it was the best breakfast ever .The pancakes unforgetable).The city was a nice surprise.Very clean and with lot of things to enjoy yourself.Very easy to find.

Review 20：Nice and modern hotel near to the city center and to the railway station.Our room was perfectly clean and cool (during our stay it was some 36-37 celsius outside, so it was really appreciated). Wi-fi signal was strong and stable throughout our stay. There is a daily parking card available for 3,5 EUR/day, ask for it at the reception. Breakfast(available from 6.30 a.m.!) was ample and tasty, with a wide selection of sweet and savoury products to choose from. Staff was really kind and helpful, particularly the gentleman at the reception was super friendly during our check-in. Considering all the above mentioned, the hotel deserves a fourth star!

Review 21：Although the hotel was modern furnished and very clean, our room was relatively small (excl. the big terrace) and there was some mold and scale in the bathroom.

Review 22：The hotel was on walking distance from the railway station and the centre of the town. The staff was kind and helpful. Although the hotel was overbooked and we had to spend the first night in another hotel (150 m from Montebello), as apology from the hotel we received a bottle of good red wine and package of tasty brigidini and the staff trasported our luggage to the hotel. Our room was on the third floor and we had a big terrace with a nice view over the garden nearby.

Review 31：Отзивчив персонал. Добра закуска. Близо е до гарата и от там с влак из Тоскана. Близо до Флоренция(около 50 мин с влак) и Пиза. Паркинга е 3,5 евро на ден( с талон от хотела). Има някъде и безплатен обществен паркинг, но не сме го видели. В сравнение с хотелите във Флоренция цената е доста добра, дори и като се включи цената на влака.

Review 32：Some rooms have balcony and some other not. Mine didn't have. I didn't care cause I was just for sleep. If somebody wants to stay at the hotel, should ask room with balcony.

Review 33：A clean hotel, with a very good breakfast. Staff was very polite. Many places to park your car, with 3€ ticket per day. Ask the receptionist to give you one. In 5 min walking you can find nice restaurants.

Review 35：GREAT hotel. For the money you get incredible value. Staff speak good English. Breakfast is good and plenty. The hotel is only 200 meters from the buzzing evening life of Montecatini, yet the neighbourhood is quiet so you can sleep at night. Aircondition came on by itself while we were on daytrips, which was a nice detail. A personal experience: One evening i was very ill with an allergic reaction and misinterpreted it as a heart attack. We told the staff who promptly called an ambulance AND tested my bloodpressure (which was high indeed). They handed the situation professionally. Highly recommended.

Review 36：The hotel is idealy situated for visiting northern Tuscany, bettween Pisa and Florence. The hotel is nice,clean and the space in the room is fair enough. The breakfast has many choises for all tastes. There is no hotel's parking, but there are a lot of public parking places around it, at a cost of 3 euros/day( blue zone) and you can use it to park everywhere in town on the blue zone;you can buy public parking tickets at the reception. Montecatini Terme itself is a nice little town with natural springs baths and facilities. There is also the Montecatini Alto (old village of Montecatini), situated on a hill with great panorama, where you can reach by car or using local funicular,which we did, and it was awesome. There are a lot of nice restaurants on the hill, with fantastic Tuscany cuisine.

My friend likes fruit fprbrakfast. There were tinned peaches, nothing else. I did complain to aman who said he was the "owner" which somehow I doubt and hesaid this was a typical Italian breakfast!!!!, And if I did wantscrambled eggs I should ask for them.Can you believe it asking for eggs.There was a unit there which contained eggs rashers and sausages, but oninspection I would say they had been there since 7.30 and it was now9.30. I believe Italians hate to be complained to about their hotels,but I think we all have a right to do so.Unfortunatly I left the hotelstill hungry after breakfast.

Review 82：Very close to the town centre. Only 1 problem when approaching it from 1street you cannot see the hotel sign at all. Do not know if the Hotel isaware of this or not. The hotel offers a set menu, basically the sameevery night for 18euro, the price was excellent as was the food. We atethere twice it was so good.

Staff is fantastic and the breakfast is very good with lots of choices. It is the best hotel we stayed at during this road trip and would not hesitate to recommend.

Review 105：The hotel has to be one of the cleanest I have stayed in, the room and bathroom was spotless. The staff where very friendly and very helpful, the owner was particularly helpful and friendly. We only had breakfast at the hotel but this was excellent with a selection of hot and cold food. If I was going to stay in this area again I would stay at the hotel without hesitation.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly too. The hotel arranged for a luxury mini bus to take us back to Pisa airport for 85 euros which took 50mins. Train fare to Florence 4.60 euros same travelling time - a bargain.

Spacious room with extra spacious bed, cleanedevery day, hot water in any time of the day, new shampoo and soap everyday, safe box no extra charge, WiFi worked perfectly in the room (didn'tcheck the rest) and breakfast was excellent (as much as breakfast canbe). Hotel location is perfect for hiking around, visiting spa centerand also for shopping (nice outlet near Montecatini - easy to find) orexploring Tuscany by car (as we did) or by train. There's a publicparking in front of the hotel and train station is about one kilometeraway. Hotel stuff are very pleasant and ready to help u with advice atany time. Definitely would stay in this hotel again.
