Review 1：Coffee table top near the window was broken.There were breadcrumbs and cut fingernails around the area of the chair near the window.We ordered room service for Nasi Goreng and Beef sandwich.Food was cold.Fried egg on top of the fried rice was burnt on the underside.Fries served wth the sandwich were cold and have traces of black residue from the oil.We took pictures of the food but didn't complain.We were too tired and hungry after the wedding rehearsal and preparations.Hope the management can improve on the points above.Thank you.

Review 5：The wall papers were peeling for a Junior Suite. There are no glasses, plates, etc. The staff didnt get the booking.com bookings so there was a lot of waiting and after that called me when i was in a meeting to come with a credit card for payment. The Jr Suite is on the 25th floor and very noisy as the 26th floor is a bar with extremely loud music till 2 or 3am.

Because of discount given breakfast voucher as cancelled by hotel. Also requested for non smoking room as as not allowed unless willing to pay additional RM 100 to upgrade room . Payment in dispute at moment

Review 11：Poorly trained staff . Reception statement : You have only smoking room available take it or leave it . Very dirty rooms. No shampoo in the hotel. The entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. Ordered food from room service ended up with the leftover food from yesterdays meal .

Review 12：The signs are not clear enough to locate the hotel. Should put up more billboards and signage to the hotel. The wordings of the hotel i(in red) really needs to be replaced. :) Other than that, everything was good.

Review 14：stayed at the family suite at the 13th level, there is a night club just above the room. the music was blasting so loud until the floor was trembling and it did not stop until around 4am. we have big kids and elderly, everyone was affected and could not get a good sleep. called the hotel a few times but they were unable to do anything because "it's not under the hotel management".

Review 16：Only one staff is impatient when I actually wanted a King size bed. He told me it was not available when i actually book the hotel one week before and i check in at 2pm on the day itself. And he told me I was late. Luckily the rest of the staff are all very polite and helpful and the twin bed were quite big. Would recommend the hotel to friends.

Review 17：The bed is big for twin. Walking distance to KSL shopping. Quite near to the Zon duty free area. Taxi are plenty. Swimming pool is nice though abit small. Parking is free and secure if you drive.

Review 18：Dont ever ever take a massage at the in house spa ...its on the 11th floor. I got ripped off ..massage is expensive at 88 ringitt.but the massuer stole a 100 ringitt note while i was face down having a massaage ..so when it was time to pay i fished into my pants only to draw a blank.hotel was quite helpful but said they dont have a cctv in the parlour ..so cant verify hence wont reimburse That experience sulllied an othervise perfect trip.

Review 20：This property is a little dated, showing its age. But everything was functioning properly. We stayed on the 13th floor and we can hear loud music coming from somewhere as though from next door. Even at midnight.

Review 21：We love this hotel, so much so that the Mrs wanted to stay an extra day. Impressed with the size of the family room, which consist of 2 large bedroom with a matching living room. All rooms have floor to ceiling widows with stunning view.

Review 40：I arrive at 2.00 pm to do check-in and the counter staff asked me to pay an additional RM20 if I want to check in early by an hour. What kind of nonsense is this? I have not faced such problems previously when I stay there and neither have i face such issue while staying in other hotels. When I asked why others were given keys to go up, I was told that those were VIPs. Yeah, VIPs wearing worn out shorts and a couple checking in with 2 crash helmets. Its sickening to be treated like this at a hotel where I have had several stays previously. Really suck big time!

Review 68：This is not the first time I stayed in GP, but it is gonna be the last time. Wifi was so bad that I only had 1 pathetic bar signal in room. I called the duty manager, IT technician came to install a wifi receiver in my room but it's useless. The problem lies with the speed of internet.

I would be better off paying slightly more for 2 std rooms on a none smoking floor than this. The mgmt should look into this. Besides the bfast lounge or restaurant insanely filled with smokers at the front of the restaurant. Hope they can enforce no smoking in the restaurant or renovate to provide outdoor seating for smokers.

Review 72：Recently, I had book 6 standard room via booking.com for the price of RM200 each room. When I reached the hotel I felt shocked that they upgraded the room to deluxe room that cost RM220 per room and I had to pay extra for that room. I feel disappointed that I didn't get the room that I wanted. This is the first time I had to pay not according as I planned and I felt that I had been cheated.

Review 73：Requested for early check in at 11am but was told that room was not ready till 215pm. Water in the bathroom is yellowish, hence its undrinkable. Wifi access is limited, only applies to the bathroom area.

The setup of the bathroom is like the one in a dormitory, not even a 3 stars hotel standard, towels are old and very thin.
