Review 1：Room is modern and functional but lacks charm. The 'view' from #203 looked right into the brick wall of the neighbouring building.

Review 2：Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. #203 is a modern and functional large room on the first floor (up a big flight of stairs) with large bathroom. Good towels and linens. A/C, mini-fridge, room safe. Free parking right in the back. Excellent breakfast buffet with meats, cheeses, tomatoes, bread, croissants, cakes, yogurt, fresh, fruit, cereal, juices, hot beverages – good & pleasant service.

Review 4：Our stay was exceptional. There was nothing Monica would not do to make us comfortable and happy. Hotel location was right in the main plaza of Saturnia. Parking is spacious and easy on site. Breakfast was an abundant treat of local specialties. Monica offered us coupons for reduced rates for the thermal waters. Don't miss Tellus. I am confident you will want to come back as we do.

Review 12：Everything quite perfect for a B&B in that price range - close to the Saturnia falls, very clean and new. Breakfast definitely on the better side of Italian breakfasts, includes fresh brewed cappucino, bread, cereal, cake etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Review 13：The only outlet to fit the laptop cable plug was in the bathroom. All others only fit thinner plugs. Ended up doing work just outside the bathroom door.

Review 15：Nice and big, clean and tidy. A good little place in the heart of Saturnia, only a few minutes drive from the free hot springs. Great breakfast and one of the best coffees we had in Italy served with our breakfast.
