Review 1：Great and friendly staff, small family hotel, great price. Although not centrally located, it is both easy and cheap to get to city centre, Taxi ride costs around 2 euros. It is a quiet neighborhood and rooms are comfy and clean.

Review 2：Hotel M doesn't look like your conventional hotel on the outside, but inside it is beautiful. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed, with a large, comfortable bed. The staff were very warm and friendly and accommodating. It was also very easy to find it, because there's a large sign to it from the main road. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Podgorica.

Review 13：The location isn't great; it's quite far from the city center. But they can arrange for taxi (which is very cheap in Podgorica). A little thing: the view from our room was poor, we were looking to the back of the neighboring house (but we've saw they have better rooms on the other side of the building).

Review 14：The room is very nice, the bathroom is big and the bed is amazing. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in every possible way. We've even got free transportation to the airport. Great value for the money we've paid.

Review 15：cannot fault, all I would suggest is if you come in the height of summer bring your own drinks as we racked up a good portion of our bill on drinks but it was 40 degrees!

We took a city tour as well which was a really good way for us to get to know the city a bit more. Just wished we stayed a bit longer to visit Lake Skada.

Review 17：Lovely little hotel. Beautifully clean and well decorated and the staff fell over themselves to be helpful. A few problems with the wifi, where we had to reboot the router, but quickly sorted. 30 minute walk into the centre of town.

Review 30：Sound from lounge area could be heard in ground floor mezzanine bedroom, though sliding glass door (only noticed upon leaving) may resolve this issue. Shower temperature regulation very sensitive. Check out time of 10:30am early compared to most hotels and €10 charge to extend check out by one hour (though luggage happily kept for free at reception). €10 airport transfer (provided by hotel owner himself), compared to free transfers from some other nearby hotels including the Aurel. Consider these additional costs you might incur depending on your flight time - if ideally you would prefer a higher class, more expensive hotel with later check-out and free airport transfer, it might not cost that much more overall.

Review 31：Well appointed and comfortable room. Fantastically friendly and helpful receptionist, Milica. Good quality and varied breakfast. Convenient for old town 5 minutes drive to north and airport 10 minutes drive to south.

Review 32：The incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Even giving excellent advice on places outside Podgorica which we wanted. Amazing room with all amenities supplied of top quality. Breakfast was truly to die for. Homemade Montenegran cheese, eggs cooked to order, buffet of divine foods. Topped off with homemade cake.They went above and beyond when my partner wanted hot chocolate instead of coffee by turning cold chocolate milk into a hot cup. Upon departure I was given a beautiful rose from the garden as a genuine gesture of appreciation for our stay.

Review 33：Immaculate hotel! Very helpful staff! Good location. Very close to the city centre and airport. The owner was so kind to drove us to the downtown and even drove us through the old town therefore we could see the Ottoman neighbourhood.

Review 38：I mostly liked everything. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, bed is great, really comfortable. The staff are cheerful and will help you in any possible way if they can. For example, we were leaving the hotel early in the morning before breakfast and they arranged it for us before the breakfast time! All in all, a great stay.

Review 39：The hotel was exceptional with a personal touch provided by an incredibly helpful and sweet young receptionist named Milica who made a real difference. My dog and I spent only one night here but we were both made very welcome. Milica, was unusually helpful and kind. She ordered dinner from an Italian restaurant for me ( I arrived late and was too tired to go out ). The room was very clean and I was given an apartment with two bedrooms although I paid only for a single room! The explanation given was that my dog and I might enjoy the view from the balcony! Presumably the single rooms do not have balconies... The bathroom is clean and spacious. There was a lot of variety for breakfast. I was even offered omelettes or scrambled eggs made to order! Private and secure parking behind a fence was also something I appreciated. This is how a small hotel can really stand out. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying there again.

Review 41：Very friendly and accommodation staff. We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem of a place (9 rooms, I believe). The continental breakfast was fantastic - we were even offered omelettes or eggs cooked to order! Highly recommended!!

Review 47：We stayed in hotel M just for one night but we have been welcomed and served very generously. People working on reception and in kitchen really make you feel wellcome and provide informations about Podgorica restaurants, excoursions...Room was perfectly clean and had white sheets, toileteries are provided and wifi was fast and worked perfectly despite the weather. Service and rooms excelent, highly reccomended!

Review 50：Only but few minor things ~ on booking.com in "roon details" it clearly stated there is a bidet, however there was no such, either in my specificroom, or in any other single room. (imagine they had only one in an apartment for 4 persons!!?!??!) and they did not offer anything but an apology for misleading me like this and they could and perhaps - should have suggested a tiny, symbolic discount or something. The room was said to be 22sq.m but it seemed, felt a little smaller. However, I don't believe they lied, rather ~ the logistics, the design deluded me, gave the impression of smaller space. Finally, something I find quite unpleasant in hotels of all classes, stars and cities( I've had the chance to visit so far) ~ the comforter is made of artificial fabrics, meaning I almost always sweat. Not cool. Sorry for mentioning but I reckon it gotta be shared and, hopefully ~ changed, ameliorated. Thank you for everything and for bearing with me here. Cheers! Review 51：I liked everything, in particular the fact that by staying here I was supporting a small, family business (as opposed to big , major hotel brands) and the people were sooooo nice and hospitable (generally, I just gotta say I totally loved all the guys and gals from Montenegro)they were exceptional in terms of hospitality, genuineness, and churpiness. They did indeed go beyond their call of duty, I was actually surprised. :)) Location was perfect, as far as both the city center and the airport were concerned. Food was nice, there was choice, diversity. Peaceful atmosphere.

Review 59：The hotel has a great design and wonderful use of the space. But the plumbing from other rooms is a little noisy at least in the room we stayed in. Podgorica is not a tourist destination. There are no restaurants near this hotel, but the staff will order for you to eat in the hotel dining room. Good hotel for the business traveler.

There is even included a free taxi drive from the airport to the Hotel M, as well! The food is organic, home made and tasteful, and everybody can find good rest, as the bed and pillows are soft, clean and comfy. Review 62：When I parked and saw the green building I thought it was a fraud, but when we entered - it was really really nice. Don't judge a book by its covers. :) Wi-Fi is weak at some moments, but you're never satisfied with Wi-Fi wherever you go :)

Location isn't a big issue if you're prepared to walk a little or catch a very cheap taxi into the city centre. For us, this was one of the best hotels of our Balkans trip.

Review 70：The owner of the hotel is almost always at the hotel. That could be considered good. However, he is obsessed with earning money. Thus he often tries to sell you something especially a tour. That becomes very very disturbing. In addition, almost everything sold at the hotel is so expensive that when you see its normal price at the market you feel ripped off.

Nicely decorated, staff was very helpful and breakfast was good with homemade lemonade. Good value for money. Review 90：We were picked up at the airport for free and taken to the hotel - the journey by car is about ten minutes - and then on arrival we were offered a piece of cake and a coffee, which was a very nice welcome to the hotel and the city. The hotel is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and willing to help with our questions and requests. The walk into the centre of the city takes around half an hour but a taxi costs around 1 to 2 euros and can be called for you by the hotel, so the location is good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Podgorica.
