Review 1：No buffet dinner. Not much variety for ala carte selection. Poolside did not provide any lifeguard or towels

Review 2：Very near amenities, food centres, KSL and Plaza Pelangi. ATM machines easily accessible beside the lobby. Halal restaurant in the hotel itself.

Review 3：The reception staff unprofessional, very hostile, They speak in malay infront of guests who cant understand malay They will ask for booking copy print out from guests even when booking details are with them. Worst still they will ask the guest to go and print out from a computer, and staff one another for the system password. The manager is unhappy to give break down of the charges and will give the guests a calculator and ask the guest to calculate Cheap low class hotel. Will never stay in this hotel again

Review 4：carpet inside room too dirty, washroom bathtub have a hole to let water came out and make the floor wet when take shower, blanket need to replace new, tv should upgrade to LCD, no hair dryer and tooth brush, sleeping bed need to change, too old

Review 6：The staff didn't keep to their word. We called housekeeping twice for extra towels but the towels were never delivered to our room. If they couldn't deliver, the least they could do is inform us instead of making us wait for nothing. There were also quite a number small cockroaches in the room. I also left my charger behind in the hotel room. No one from the hotel bothered to call to check if it was ours.

Review 19：When I made the booking I requested for connecting rooms, but when I arrived, I was told that the connecting rooms were full. The staffs were neither friendly nor helpful, they didn't even suggest for better rooms. The hotel provides iron & ironing board on each floor, but some of the guests took them inside their rooms. I called the housekeeping to put a new set & they told me that it will take some time as they are short of iron & need to look for it first, when it finally came, it was a malfunction ones & it burnt my cloth the second I put it on. The rooms are kinda old and a lot of works need to be done.

The air conditioner was not working to its fullest because of which i had to keep changing the room causing inconvenience for me. The room was not cleaned and kept probably. Staff were not very helpful in serving me. Not really worth the money.

Only2 customers at the reception. 2 receptionists and 1 manager there.Booked and requested 2double bed rooms but assigned 2 twin bed rooms. The elevator hall smells dusty also room is dusty and slot of hairs in bathroom. The rooms, facilities needs upgrade and renovation soon as possible. TV guide saying some satellite channels( BBC, NHK, etc) can watch. However I only can see only local + Singapore programs. I think the hotel management and operation team needs to put a lot of effort for bring back reputation. Otherwise, they will be close down the hotel in next 3 - 5 years perhaps. Review 54：Staff courtesy & efficiency is quite bad. I had problem with the room door unable to lock. Called the front desk to send maintenance. Was kept waiting for more than 15 mins with no maintenance came to the room nor any follow-up call. The room furniture is old and beaten. Not worth the rate paid. Could get better elsewhere for the same rate. This Selesa Hotel should be taken out of booking.com listing as it can give bad impressions to booking.com selections. Even the mineral water is not provided in the room.

And the bedding might have had bugs because it smelt too. Including pillows. We called reception and they were able to change it. The new rooms windows did not shut properly but it was not as bad.unfortunately the night duty manager was not very professional. He was not courteous to my partner. Also slow and argumentative. They also ask for a deposit which is a little unusual. I had to insist to pay for the room in advance instead of putting down a depsit. TV, amenities. Cleanliness, bathroom condition is all unfortunately below decent standards.

Both my mom and in law doesnt get time to had their breakfast because they came down at 1035. When informed de staff, they said will check wit the reception but none get back to us! Every place of interest can be visited by taxi and has no information on how to get around by public transport which for some tourists is another feature for added experience.

Review 128：If i ever get to meet the owner of the hotel i will ask, 'When was the last time you revamped and changed your hotel's furnitures and facilities?'. The tv was the old type with no remote control and one side of the walls in our room was covered with pencil scribbles which i supposed previous guests' kids had made. There were bed bugs too and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. And the chargeable wifi! First time i stayed in a hotel and you have to pay for wifi. Not a good move. I hope the hotel's management will do something about the hotel's condition as it is really in a good location.

The breakfast was good too only that there was not much variety and the restaurant's manager was standing and looking at guests eating making us feel like as if we were in a prison.
