Review 1：no bad experience but the bathroom shower is low on water pressure and lack of hooks to hang clothes

Review 3：Towel very dirty and smelly. The staff made me paid for the hotel the moment I check in and I have to pay cash deposit again. It doesn't make sense at all.

Review 6：No lift when the hotel has 3 storey.. Floor was dusty.. No phone in room.. No kettle.. Hot water must walk all e way out to take.. No 'do not disturb' to hang.. Asked the counter.. He say the cleaner will not clean without we order.. But when we are back in late afternoon.. Our room was cleaned.. And everything been shifted.. Towel looks super black like dirty.. Toilet door has no lock.. Not actually that near legoland.. No breakfast.. No nearby 7-11..
Review 7：Was near to giant and tasco and nearby has a delicious teochew fish soup restaurant.. A van at night that sells nice fried food sticks at only 70cents each.. Has a Indian coffee shop at the side of the hotel.. Hotel was big.. Bed was comfy.. Air con super cold.. Heater can adjust till very hot..
Review 8：The glass is very dirty... feel like didn't clean the glass..room look like dark dark... feel uncomfortable..design of the room not good... toilet is just behind a table... whereas there is a partition in between... but please imaging, if you put some food on the table will the toilet smell go to your food?

Review 10：The wifi is very slow I cannot connect with it and the very annoying things is they dont have elevator and we carry heavy languages and we need to use staircase and no body help us to bring our languages in our room and its so difficult for us to use staircase with a heavy languages and their toilet dont flash well and you can hear all the noise from outside.

Review 94：When I checked in, the staff at the reception could not speak englishand tried to speak to me in Bahasa Melayu which I have little nowledgeof. I told him I do not understand Malay and spoke to him in simpleenglish, he either could not or refused to reply me back in english, butnonetheless I still got my keycard to my room. When I entered my room, Igot a shock of my life. The windowless ( which I expected ) room wasdull and very worn out. Wallpaper was peeling, furnitures are old anddusty. Pillow is flat and soft. The condition of the toilet is slightlymore acceptable, although they could more brighter lights in the toiletand room to make it a bit more welcoing. Sound proofing is really bad,we heard a lady shouted and ran passed the corridor at about 3-4am, wewere afraid to step out of our room fearing for our own safety. When wechecked out at 730am the next morning, the lady working at thereceptiion was sitting at the reception, legs put up and crossed on thechair, and to my horror, she was smoking away. Even if, it is a smokinglobby, I was not expecting smoking on the job, especially if you have aguest checking out.

Having a carpet in the room would be good rather than the mere floor. 3. There were cockroaches in the room & it was not really very good to see such pests in rooms. You'll have to get rid of such pests from rooms. 4. Although price was reasonable, facilities could have been better.
