Review 1：If you are travelling with kids and don't want the hassle of constantly having to buy food to feed them, you might want to think about staying at a hotel. This accomodation is perfect for either couples who want a quiet stay in a beautiful spot or people who are experienced skiers/snowboarders.
Review 2：Cortina Apartments is situated right on the mountain making it very easy for us to get to and from the slopes. Jason was very helpful throughout the whole trip, aiding us with any issues we might have had. His genuine desire to make our stay as enjoyable as possible whether that be through driving us to see the snow monkeys or sending our snow gear straight from the resort to Narita airport to minimise the stress of us travelling to Tokyo, added a personal touch to the whole experience making it unforgettable. Additionally the view from our apartment was absolutely spectacular and it was a dream waking up to it every morning.
Review 3：This is by far the best place to stay when snowboarding in Hakuba valley. Cortina/Norikura with great chances for powder runs, is located just outside the door. If you want to explore the other mountains in Hakuba, there are busses leaving 4 times a day close by the house. And offcorse - Jason, the owner. Wow what an effort he did during our stay to make sure that we had a great time. This is the first time in my 12 years of travelling that im writing a review about the accommodation, and the reason for that is Jason. Great place, great rooms, great location, great everything. Just make sure to check the snow conditions before leaving.
Review 4：The apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had great views of the mountains. Jason was a lovely host shuttling us to and from the bus and train station, groceries and ski resorts. We will be back!

Review 7：There wasn't a comb...but that was about the only thing not provided. You'll have all the usual amenities and some food to get you started.
Review 8：I can't disagree with the other reviews, Jason is as likeable a host as you're gonna find and the place is very tastefully decorated. We stopped on the way home to buy the same rug and Nespresso machine because we liked them so much!
Review 9：The owner & one-man manager, Jason Smith, is very kind and hospitable. The apartment is a vintage style two-storey house with a basement located on a mountain foot where we can see a green wood from our room. In front of the house is a big hotel and the ski track. It's perfect for people who love skiing and have a car to drive.
Review 10：Excellent facilities a lot of thought has gone into providing a comfortable stay from the wifi set up to the breakfast & coffee machine. Jason is a wonderful host and his accommodation is 5 star. Beautiful views from the room a very relaxing stay.

Review 12：We were there for a mum and daughter ski trip. Jason the owner was fantastic, drove us to wherever we needed to go, the apartments are beautiful, ski in and out. When I twisted my knee, Jason drove me home organized crutches etc. You cannot get such personalized service in a hotel. Thank you Jason,

Review 14：This is a amazing property with the best location ive ever had on a ski trip. Jason the owner/host went out of his way to make your stay there the very best it could be, we had a upstairs room which is very modern and decorated to a high standard. Its over looking the resort and was by far the easiest way to check how much fresh powder had fallen over night looking out your massive window, great board in board out. was value for money and would stay there again in a heart beat. And if you read this jason email me first if you ever want to get rid of that board

Review 17：Not much choice of food in the area. If you want more variation of food you have to drive to Happo area which is about 25 mins away.

Review 21：Cortina Apts are most luxurious , stylish and comfortable studios. The location is right on the ski slopes with stunning views from the panoramic windows . Really spacious and well thought out , warm and with all comforts . Even had toiletries supplied and a heated toilet seat! Fast wifi , a bed you don't want to get out of it's so comfy - apart from the fact that your only have to roll out straight on to the ski slopes. A breakfast basket is provided . Jason who owns Cortina Apts went above and beyond , helping us organise ski gear and taking us out to some fantastic restaurants . He could not have been more accommodating and helpful . These apartments and Jason's welcome were the highlights of our holiday - in addition to the metres and metres of powder snow. We'll definitely be coming back to stay here.
Review 22：Jason the owner was very friendly and even joined us for dinner one night at a local restaurant. He was helpful, friendly and fun and was always available to provide extra milk, toiletries and anything we might require to make our stay more comfortable. Best part of our trip to Japan, will definitely be staying here again!
Review 23：The owner Jason is a really nice Australian guy with an attention for detail and service. Jason picked us up and dropped us off at the Hakuba bus/train terminal at no extra cost. He is a keen snowboarder and took us on all the runs. He even took us to the local supermarket a couple of times. The accommodation was contemporary, spacious and very comfortable. The lounge and kitchenette had large windows with amazing views of the Cortina ski runs at your door step. The breakfast selection was plentiful and varied. As it is next door to the Green Plaza Hotel, we found it easy to utilise their ski hire, café, restaurant and other facilities. We dined at the big and busy Plaza a couple of times, but then enjoyed coming back to the quiet and comfort of the apartment. Amazing!
