Review 1：They made a change to the price of our room that we didnt agree with, as we had been given a different price by booking.com at the time of our booking. Instead of meeting us half way or being accomodating or understanding in the situation in any way, they witheld our passports as our taxi to the ferry was waiting, forcing us to pay more than the original room fee. The dj-ing by the pool was nothing but disturbing, was not allowed to use pool without a swimming hat, wifi was not working. Noteworthy too isthat they have a system with having to buy hotel coins, to use the bar, that we in the end had too many of but these were non refundable. The bungalows were nice and the air con silent which was great in 36 dgs! The location super with lush surrounding paths and gardens. I would rate this place as good because of the location and bungalows if it wasnt for the seriously bad treatment we received by some manager at the end of our stay, when they witheld our passports so that we could not leave in time unless we paid extra.

Review 11：Food was lacking. No wifi. I spent on fortune on wifi. But guess what,no where on the island of UStica had Wifi. I tried every place. But tobe honest, it was totally fine and exceeded my expectations for theprice. It was really much nicer.

Review 12：I read all the reviews and they made it sound like a hellhole. This isnot the case. It was 35 Euros for something that was actually much nicerthan what I would have imagined. It was on the other side of the islandand so I was disappointed that it was so far. Then I realized it wasclosest to the best parts to swim. I was actually happy to stay thereand they have a beautiful pool. If youàre paying 100 Euros to staythere, okay, maybe it may seem steep but itàs not as awful as people sayit is. I think thereàs very little to do in Ustica and it was nice. Thefood was very limited but thatàs fine.

Review 13：The room was dirty, full of ants, and the bed not very comfortable. Thehotel is not a proper resort, maybe a sum of reateurant/bar/poolarea, bungalows and a central building including reception and guestrooms. You have to walk a lot! Pool services are not well organized andanimation is inexistent! Remember to take your pool cap with you beforetravelling or you have to buy it. You'll pay for the private beachas well if you decide to use it. And for every expense you have tochange money in hotel chips - not refundable!!.

Review 14：Ustica is really fantastic for diving and sealife. The hotel is overallpoor but well located near the lighthouse in the opposite part of theisland than the harbour, but not really easy to find. Taxi drivers arewaiting for you at the harbour. The pool is fantastic, the staff iskind and keen on helping and suggesting what to do. It worths the priceby the way.
