Review 2：Sandra makes this B&B a pleasure to visit. We found her most accommodating upon arrival & just as helpful at breakfast the next morning. Besides my wife loved the shoes she was wearing so much that she took a photo of them!
Review 3：I did not see a lift, so if stair are a problem, you should ask for help.

Review 7：The Wifi in the apartment wouldn't work upstairs, but worked downstairs. There was a beautiful bath in the bathroom, with a hand-held shower head (ie not really possible to have a stand up shower). Just to note that the apartment upstairs does not have a kitchen.

Review 9：In our mind this hotel seems to be underrated by fellow travellers. We were pleasently surprised. Room/bathroom were not huge but comfortable, decorated with lovely details, heating was on which we appreciated very much. Everything seems fairly new. We walk the Via Francigena and arrived due to heavy rainfall drenched to our bones. Yet, the receptionist still gave us a warm welcome and rushed us quickly to our room. Later she indicated a good restaurant to us and lended us also to umbrellas. Like everywhere else, breakfast is unfortunately served rather late. But the staff was flexible and attended us a bit earlier so we could get on with our walk. Central location.
Review 10：Only a reasonable reception. No availability of evening meal. Poor standard of breakfast. Fruit stale and needed to ask for fresh. No water In the room. Location not easy to find, on Google maps shows it in wrong location, not their fault, but a hassle if on foot. So a bit of a let down .

Review 27：Despite having pre-booked, I found the place locked with a notice on thedoor giving me numbers to phone (not easy when you don't have aphone/local sim card). When I eventually found a phone, I foundthere was in fact someone in the place and I should knock. This isstupid; if I should knock, the notice should say so.Note that there is no restaurant here, and only 1 in the town. On the evening that is closed, you would have to make other arrangements. Wifi did not work in the room, only in the common areas downstairs.

Review 29：Nous sommes français aber Wirth wohnen on Munich. Thé stay was wonderful. We spent 8 nights and days! Wonderful days. Try and you will discover a wonderful landscape and very nice and open people there. You will find a lot of pleasure by staying in the villa and enjoying the spa sauna and massages, but also very gut wine and restaurant like l Osteria Della selva Oscura ! Have nice stay in Toscana because gambassi is located in the middle only few km from famous sites to be visited there!!!!
