Review 1：Good bed & breakfast place. Very central. Good antique decoration. Strong wi-fi. Hot water 7/24. TV. Comfortable bed. Balcony to a main narrow street . Good cleaning. Good aircondition. They bring your breakfast to your room on time whenever you want (I had coffee, orange juice, marmelattes, butter, fried bread and croissant). Warm & cheerful staff.
Review 2：There are problems with the hot water for tea and coffee:( but wanted to think, you can find No one at the front desk in the afternoon...

Review 4：Sloppy housekeeping - maybe I was there at a bad time! eg: dead bulb in bedside lamp (replaced on request), electric heated towel rail/radiator in shower room (nice touch), but cable too short to reach wall socket (grr!), advertised hair-drier missing. My passport was taken at check-in and put in an open pigeon-hole at the unattended reception desk within easy reach of anyone passing. I helped myself to it the following morning with no comment from staff. Breakfast is delivered to room from outside and time and content has to be ordered at check-in. So no opportunity in the morning for spur-of-the-moment changes of mind. Steep stairs from street to first-floor reception and rooms, and narrow spiral staircases from there to second-floor rooms. not suitable for anyone with mobility problems (or large suitcases!)

Review 6：Steep stairs to the reception area may be challenging for some. Limitedarea to unload bags from an automobile means you need to move it as soonas the bags are transferred to the hotel. Nearest off street PublicParking is about 2 blocks away, doesn't have attendants, and is 1euro per hour for 12 hours a day - the other half it is free.
Review 7：As the title of the review says, this place is a gem. Situated near thecenter of town it is a pleasant walk to Basilicas, Three Arches, andcity shopping. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The king sizebed was very comfortable and the private bath was nice.

Review 13：Not sure if this is a soundproofing issue or the guest in the room above me was just loud and heavy-footed--I had a circular staircase right by my room and could hear him pound up the steps in the am/pm coming and goings. Hoping it was just his lack of manners and not the room. Other than that-no issues.
Review 14：This place is terrific-a truly nice surprise when just selecting a place off the internet. I felt like I was staying in a castle--the room was furnished so amazingly but with a modern twist. Walk from train/bus station was not bad at all. Right off the pedestrian walkway so no road noise at night. Clean rooms-light breakfast delivered to your room at your choice of time. Front desk staff terrific-no english but with Google translator-no problem! Even remote control for AC/heating, private bathroom. I had room #12 with a balcony (2) over the quiet street/alley below.
