Review 1：The receptionist Laura was incredibly helpful. Within minutes of landing on Ustica, I was settled into my room, had organised some diving and she had phoned Pippo for me, who runs a 'taxi bus', to take me to a nice place for snorkelling. 5* service.

Review 2：Nothing, really, we have been very happy and glad of our choice. We were looking for comfort and quiet, we had them both. To remind, as correctly indicated on booking.com website, that the hotel / residence (that can be reached very easily) does not offer any room service (at least it did not during our time there, probably because of the relative length of our stay - 4 days / 3 nigths) and does not provide any breakfast (but plenty of opportunities nearby).

Review 3：The location (close to the harbour but rather quiet nonetheless, and a few minutes from the main square and its restaurants / bars / shops), the room we were assigned (simple and appropriate furnishings with a small tv with int.al news channels, it had a rather pleasant seaview, which we could equally enjoy while dining or simply lying on the bed, and a functional bathroom / adequate shower in size), the sundeck (including the pool, rather small but enjoyable nonetheless after a day in the sun). The staff were always rather kind and available.

Review 4：The seal on the fridge door needs to be replaced. Dirty towels are only replaced at an extra (but not expensive) cost if the guest goes to reception to ask.

Review 5：The size and style of the apartment, the large, comfortable and well-designed patio and pool, the cafe below the hotel, the availability of the shower room after checking out, the style of the apartment, the view over the bay. And finally, the friendliness of the staff. All of the above made Stella Marina an excellent place to stay in Ustica.
