Review 1：Internet slow Restaurant does not operate in the evening, no room service. Limited electrical points in the room.

Review 3：We only stayed a night, our room on the 3rd floor was a normal standard room,relatively clean, reasonably comfortable to spend the night in. However the room had a stale, musty smell & the bedside lamp, which took up a lot of space on the table, was not working. The breakfast is edible, but not really worth waking up for !

Review 27：this is my third time here. i usually book a standard room, but this time i booked a deluxe room, with a queen and single bed. very spacious as my little son was able to play around inside the room. very clean, as usual.

Review 40：When arrived and enter to the hotel lobby is very quiet with no any customer. The staff is "lack of smile" although got greeting to me. The check-in seem slow process if i compare to same star hotel that i stay before. The room pictures in the website seem got more room space but it is not. A bit dissapointed when step in to the room. The closet also need to improve by make sure is more clean and free of ''smell".

Review 49：Beds and pillows were on the hard side. We were given a room facing the roads, right opposite to the KSL Mall. It was still quite noisy with traffic (mainly motorbikes) around midnight. Rest of the night after 1am was rather quiet for light sleepers like me though so no complaints. Wifi speed was very slow - not good at all for streaming music.

Review 50：The price was good; justifiable for the standard of the the rooms. Rainshower water turned warm very quickly - thumbs up! Aircon was very cold as well.

Review 51：Shift manager was extremely rude like as in he was just been fired. And was old that there is no room for king bed as we had already booked in advance and was told to give us single bed. Room was extremely dirty n best part of all the curtain was broken. Plus the bowel was broken down cannot be flush. This is the worst hotel u can ever stay.

Review 72：1) I was given a room without a window and i felt like sleeping in a store room rather than a hotel room. Suffocated :-( 2) The air cond was not working at all even after the maintenance guy came and checked and all he commented was it will take quite some time for the air cond to work but after 30 minutes nothing happened until i have to request to be transferred to another room (which was also similar to a store room concept, without a window) 3) Breakfast menu not good. Toast bread was cold, chicken slice was salty, omelette was tasteless, only basic menu available

Review 85：We asked for room service at around 8pm, but they told us that room service was closed. Upon looking at the information, we discovered that their room service closes at 3pm. The room had creaky doors and peeling walls. There was construction going on next door and the sound was disrupting to sleep. The hot water kettle wasn't working and the room had a musty smell. Would not go back if not for the price and location.

Review 96：I was told by the front counter staff that my credit card was needed as guarantee of payment. However, the staff has instead charged RM400 up-front, which was higher that the total charges. I was told that the balance will be reimbursed in 2 weeks time. I never experienced this in other hotels where reimbursement will be made for over payment. Hope the hotel can re-look at it policy.

Review 97：When i pay by card, the front staff said tge card is locked bcoz i just paid for gas then can not use. So i contact call center, no policy about this. Call center advised me that hotel staff maybe wants to get cash, not card. I asked them to try my card again. When machine ask to confirm, she press cancel!! That's why i can not pay. So i asked her to give me that machine. I will show how to use.She refused, then the card can pay. Its unbelievable!!

Review 98：Staff is not so friendly and very willing to help. We have requested for two room keys but the staff there said they can only issued one key per room. Normally hotel should be able to issue two room keys per room. Another issue is during booking at Booking.com, the price stated is inclusive of 6% GST. But during check in on the day, the staff has say that price is not inclusive of GST. Whether why there is no proper coordination between hotel and Booking.com?

Review 102：1. Extremely Poor Wifi (we were located in the corner room) that could be the reason of no connection still it was no excuse. So no work can be done for those on business trips. 2. For those with babies or small children who may have difficulty sleeping with loud noises, the night club was REAL loud till 4am (the highest level of this building is 11 and we were located at level 8). It really felt like LIVE concert LOL!! My husband and I couldn't stop laughing when we heard the many karaoke voices! 3. This hotel was built in 2009 yet the lifts speed was Extremely Slow and it felt like it was built in the 1800s or something 4. Twice our room experienced a black out and the air-con switched off on its own (as though it was on a centralized energy saving mode) 5. Unfortunately the corner rooms are not sound proof. Each time your neighbor opens or closes the door you will be able to hear the creaking or banging of it 6. The TV channels were shaky (some you couldn't even watch because it was nothing but lines another LOL) and they had limited TV channels Overall my husband and I had an interesting adventure. What's traveling without all these experiences right ;)

Review 118：the noise construction site next to the hotel, working in the wee hours of the morning 3am. I can hear cement truck and workers shouting. The Hotel need to soundproof their rooms if possible.

Review 119：We called for the hairdryer at 11pm, Housekeeping was closed. Reception advised to call back at 7am the next day. When we called back the next day, we were told that there is no hairdryer at the moment due to too many customers and they maybe will send only in about half an hour. But all in all, we managed to receive the hairdryer after 1.5hours.

Review 129：We have a triple room at room 801. When we went in to the room, we have a shocked. The room have a musty smell, the toilet was not flushing properly. The toilet door and the shower door making squeaking sound when you open or close them. Droplets of water is leaking from the ceiling. Both the TV set and the phone were not working. I have request to change room, however the hotel was running full hence we do not have a choice. The manager try to fix the issue of the toilet and spray some air freshener in the room. I have stayed in this hotel for a few time and this time have been the worst experiences I have encounter. With the higher room rates that I have paid, this is not acceptable. I was utterly disappointed with this stay.

Review 135：there's construction just infront of the hotel and keep banging starting from 12am till dawn! we park our cark at the so called vip parking which you have to pay rm10 per entry. the next morning we found out our car is full of thick cement dust and end up paid extra rm50 to polish because it just wont come out by washing only.
