Review 1：WIFI in the room not working.

Review 2：The restaurant with local speciality. Must try Pici,Pizza,special Fiorentina steak and the local Wine. Clean room. Good location to Siena and around. A bit far for people want go to the sea.Beautifull curving with motorbike.Pool small but clean.

Review 3：This easy-to-find hotel has a nice park-like setting, very convenient to the center of town. The restaurant is excellent, with a variety of delicious entrees made from local products. The owner is nice, but quiet and reserved. A very pleasant place to stay.

Review 5：The staff were very unwelcoming..... We got the impression that they didn't want our business. Restaurant portions were pathetic and the croissants at breakfast came in a plastic wrapper and smelt of cheese!

Review 7：It is in between two streets.The room had no air condition and the window overlooked the intersection of two streets, we had to have the window open all night because it was so hot and there were two street lights, it was so light as if we had the light on all night. In the morning when we finally get some rest the garbage trucks woke us... We wanted to change the room but they said it was the best they have and that they were full...

The owner of thehotel is aware of that and seems frustrated because if you enter theproper address in the gps it leads you to a place 14 km further. The tvin our room was not working properly, however the owber offered us aprivate room to watch tv
