Review 1：I did not have any bad experience but (being British) I would have LOVED to have had a little kettle and tea making facilities in my room.
Review 2：Exceptionally clean. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and very kind and friendly young girl at breakfast. Lots of pleasant areas to sit.
