Review 1：This was very clean and good for the evening we spent there. It is a great location if you are going to the thermal waters. Also, convenient to the town square.

Review 2：My roon had small window close to the pavement where people walked so it was impossible to open the window. No privacy. No view.

Review 3：It is very close to the thermae and to the Saturnia town. Walking distance. Nice personnel. The room was confortable and clean.

Review 13：The hotel is very close to the thermal baths. They also have special prices for the thermal baths complex. The staff was friendly and the apartment we rent was very clean. The breakfast was abundant.

Review 14：It is right down the street from the hot springs that I was visiting,the most convenient location of all. The restaurant had good food, andgave a discount to room guests. This is the only place in Italy I haveever had a perfect pillow.

Review 17：In the appartment there was nothing to clean it ( no rag and so on). Iasked for it first day and...nothing. Also missing wine glasses (howeverwhen I asked - have got them). There was some problem to get to theparking place with a car - the gate blocking the entrance, and sometimesthere was no one to open it.

Review 20：Marco was very helpful. The room that we got was actually like a suitewith it's own Family room. It was private and everything in it wasclean and almost like brand new.It was very reasonably priced and the location was amazing, because we were staying there to be close to the Natural Mineral Waterfalls of Gorello (Cascate del Gorello) These are small pools being fed by cascading waterfalls and the water is 98.6 degrees, and contains sulfur. It's FREE to visit the cascades and it is like a natural spa treatment that costs hundreds here in the USA. The restaurant next door is good and offers authentic food from the area and a great dessert menu. It is less than 5 minutes to Saturnia, a small town that has 3 restaurants and 2 Gelaterias.
