Review 1：Breakfast was disappointing, not much choices aside from all the kinds of spreads and jams and it seems like the food offered are not fresh. For 5€ you could atleast give your guests more choices not just packed breads. The prices showed online are all false advertisements. It was disappointing that the room rates were way to high (time to update the information online). The WIFI service was disappointing too, you have to stay in the lobby just to get the connection. The sewage smell in the bathroom is just horrible and the cleanliness is quite poor. The water in the dispensers are old (we dont even know when was the last time that the water was replaced). Lastly, for the price that we paid maybe we can atleast get a mini fridge.

Review 2：Bed was comfortable and the staff were nice.

Review 3：Bath was broken and leaked everywhere. No hot water. Generally the place has an air of somewhere that was a four star hotel at some point but it is very rough around the edges - there was no toilet roll holder! Everything felt shabby and falling apart and not worth the price at all. No explanation of the facilities or whether they could be used. Location is good for the airport but nothing else as the heart of the city seems to be on the more modern upper west side.

Review 7：Front staff very helpful, spoke excellent english. Good location walking distance to city centre. Hotel is very stylish and has a nice design. The breakfast was good and dinner and lunch menus and food fantastic. Wine recommendations of local wines were great and food and the hotel was of great value particularly compared to the beauty of the hotel. Laundry was returned in two hours and was perfectly done. I really loved this hotel and the staff. Will stay again next year.

Review 8：+ Everything! The location was perfect, the staff were great to work with. This hotel is amazing, room, spa, food, every part of it was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Hope to someday visit here again.

Review 9：Not really a four-star-hotel. As we only stayed for one night, theyprobably gave us a room which was not redone yet. This meant that thedoors of the cupboard were missing, towels could not be hung up, tablewas missing, whirlpool was there but not usable because of missingequipment. No city map was available, only one of montenegro!?

Review 11：Before I started my comment - I looked one more time on pictures online. I really have a feeling that I stayed in another hotel. It's not a 4 star hotel! Bathroom was very bad. Everything smelled like smoke. Having coffee for an breakfast shouldn't be big thing, but we just had small pulver version to mix with water....I wanted to avoid typical business hotel and have some personal touch, but this was my mistake...

Review 13：We booked a large appartment but they tried on giving us a small one. The appartment had damp on the walls and about 10 flies in it when we arrived (although no flies anywhere else to be seen).
