Review 1：No free parking. Personnel not friendly. One side of bed was extremely worn out. No kettle to make hot water. We had diner at the restaurant - we kindly asked to prepare simple pasta for our 3 years daughter as fast as possible, but she received her plain pasta after 40 min - it's very poor attendance!

Review 5：The staff was very nice and welcoming-we were greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk reception! We arrived before our room was ready and were able to leave our luggage and go explore Venice! Our room was updated and spacious and even though we faced the street it was very quite. We had dinner at the hotel one of our nights and it was delicious!

Review 6：When we arrived, thw room was not so clean.I could not imagine that in a so called 4 stars hotel, at breakfast you don't get any type of vegetables. There was very poor diversity for eating but for one day it was not such a problem. Parking costs 20 euro at the hotel

Review 7：The Hotel was near Venice, There is a bus station near the Hotel so we could buy our bus tickets direct from Hotel. It's really cheap, only 3 euro per person . We received a room at the 5 floor, it was quiet, so we did not had problems with sleeping. We arrived at Sunday so parking near hotel was free and we could buy in advance for Monday in the morning parking ticket.

Review 12：Night courtains were worn out, shower had no proper door, just a small partition, so water obviously was spilling on the bathroom floor. Shower cabin had plenty of lime scale on the edges at the bottom of it, hair dryer was broken - overheating and not functioning as it should.

Tickets can be bought directly at the hotel. Very convenient. Hotel is also very close to the lovely old town of Mestre (walking distance).

We would like to thank her very much for her help. The room was really nice and clean and the wifi worked efficiently. The free buffet breakfast was perfect, lots of choices and good food. The hotel is located only 10 minutes from Venice by bus, which seems much better for us than staying in Venice. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Drains gurgleevery time someone uses shower or toilet, this only became apparent onmy second night so I guess it had something to do with certain roomswhich weren't used the first night. It kept me awake even withdoor closed. Only 5 tv channels all in Italian with no way of changinglanguage with the funny remotes. Wifi intermittent in room but inreception ok. After the airline losing my luggage I bought basicshorts and tee shirt, when I went into the restaurant the maître dlooked down his nose at me and made me feel really uncomfortable andunwelcome, he acted the same way the following day at breakfast whenothers were dressed the same as me so I guess it was just me! I wouldlove to come back when I had my proper clothes and see how some of thestaff treat me then!

Review 110：The breakfast was simple not bad not good. The free wifi on the 4th floor not always fast enough. There was not a nice place to have a drink in the evening, the small bar is closed at 10.45 in the evening. The hotel reception did not react very well on our complaint about the wrong ticket fot the bus and waterbus we got in the tabacco along the Hotel. Please check the tickets and the checkout strip otherwise you might get a fine in the waterbus. That's what happened to us.

Review 124：The breakfast was very ordinary indeed. An Italian hotel serving instant coffee made in a machine using instant milk was a big shock to these Italophiles. Serving a pile of cruskettes as toast was almost as bad. The slices of meat looked positively dangerous.

Review 125：This hotel was very well priced and we chose it because we wanted to be close to the train station for access to both Venice and the bus to the Dolomites. It was quite a distance from the station and although we walked it was a long way to go with luggage. The room itself was very small as you would expect with such a low price but the shower presented a big challenge to even get in to.
