Review 1：Everything was so nice: the location, the hosts, the cleanness of the room, the terrace, the facilities, it felt like home.Carmen was very kind, full of useful information. She let us keep the room until the afternoon on our last day as my fiancee is pregnant. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Review 2：Really convenient base Comfortable beds and good air conditioning which was great as it was so hot. They also are happy to pick you up at ferry point which saves you so much hassle when you first arrive. Good value

Review 5：Carmen and her husband were the best hosts anyone could ask for. From the moment I was picked up at the port to the moment I was driven to the port for departure, this lovely couple took care of my every need. The apartment was just the right size, had an amazing view, and a kitchenette and stove. One of the loveliest part of the hotel is that it has a HUGE terrace where I had my meals I prepared in the room and also just to sit out and relax after a day of diving. Absolutely a recommended place to stay at in Ustica.

Review 7：Carmen (owner in conjunction with hubby) is amazing. Her attention to detail is first-class, along with the property. We were picked up at the port by her husband who drove us up the hill to the property - a short distance but up a hill and with heavy luggage it was most welcome. They both went out of their way to make our stay wonderful - making arrangements for a boat-trip, advising us of local cuisine and where to find it. There is so much more to say if I had two hours!

Review 10：The hotel is located in the main part of the island. Views from the hotel are amazing. The hotel owners, Carmen and Vincenzo, were super nice and accomodating. Highly recommend!

Carmen and her husband run this little apart-hotel, and they are so welcoming and helpful, and really made our time there a great experience. Review 23：Absolutely brilliant place to stay. I could not recommend it more. Carmen and Vincenzo are probably the nicest people you'll ever meet. Vincenzo came to pick us up at the ferry. Very thoughtful of him, as we hadn't even asked for a lift. Carmen is just lovely, she let us shower after we got back from the beach even though we had already checked out! It's the little things! Rooms are lovely, tv, coffee maker, hair dryer and safe. Lovely views from the hotel. They have a large terrace area for the guests to relax in. Lovely place. 10/10

Review 24：It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable. We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hoteliers.

Review 25：No breakfast offered but this was known before we reached. Kithinette offers all to organise yourself. The TV set is really small . The noise coming from the public power generator in the harbour can be a nuisance at times, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Closing windows reduces the noise.

Review 26：The location is ideal and slightly away from the busier centre of the village. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped including the kitchinette which is handy at times.

Review 27：Very friendly owners which will help you no matter what. Very clean. Great views of the port from the bedroom/terrace. 1 minute from the main street. Rented the 3 bedrooms which had his own terrace and bought every morning croissants from local Bakery near Umberto's restaurant: divine.
