Review 1：We sat down to have breakfast at 9:30. The selection was depleted and the staff was clearing our table while we were still eating. Automatic beach charge and we didn't use the beach. They did take off the charge when we asked.

Review 2：The front end staff was very helpful as well as the cleaning staff. They let us use the conference room for flower arrangements.

Review 23：Mainly due to our out if season visit we found that the restaurant didn't open one lunchtime. There want much around of any quality. They didn't utilise the sea views enough. Only minor points.

Review 25：Everything closes on the beaches in the winter time in Italy, being from Southern California we did not expect that.

Review 26：We booked this hotel for 32nd wedding anniversary looking forward to the spa facilties that had been listed...... Sadly because we were there in the winter time the spa facilities were not available, however the staff was very accommodating helping us to find different day trips and offering to open the Jacuzzi area for our use! We look forward to returning during this summer season and enjoying all of their facilities! Flory was especially helpful printing out itineraries for us!!

Review 28：This is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly and understand customer service. The room was clean had a balcony and a sea view. It was very comfortable. The restaurant provided good value and again with excellent customer service.

Review 29：We found the staff running the beach bar to be extremely unhelpful and often not there. It was impossible to get served and we ended up having to go to another beach bar.

Review 31：Although the room and service from the hotel staff was adequate, it would appear that the hotel was more suited to the business traveller. I made a number of requests for simple things such as a clothes drying line amongst other things to be told it wasn't possible. If I were a business traveller to Pescara, I would book. As a holiday maker I would choose a more leisure based hotel.

The Fine Print

The resort fee is a Club Card which includes access to the outdoor pool, rental of canoes and paddle boats, 1 sun lounger on a first-come first-served basis at the outdoor pool and 1 parasol, 1 sun lounger and 1 deck chairs at the beach. Morning and afternoon entertainment is also included. Please note that sun loungers are subject to availability. The fee runs from 1 July until 1 September.
