Review 1：The landlord is hunting after money, using every little chance to make an extra euro. And: Despite the description on booking.com she accepts no credit cards, cash payment only. Why?

Review 3：I travel a lot, and I never leave a bad review but I feel as if people should have all of the information before booking here, only because the pictures would have you believe this is one large villa, when in fact, it is three separate apartments, and you do not get to choose which one you are booking. There was no view from our terrace (my pictures are with me sitting in the deck chairs so you can see for yourself). The washer for our apt. was outside in the pool house and the pool house was invested with ants. The beautiful kitchen shown in the pictures is only in villa Rosa. There was no coffee pot, no microwave, no oven in Arancini The internet did not work due to not enough signal strength to the bottom floor, there were three flights of narrow outside stairs to the apt. Everything in the apt was damp, we left a day early because there was a terrible moldy odor that was making us sick. I thought I was renting Villa Rosa with the large terrace and gorgeous views but this was not the apt they gave me even though I booked a year in advance, requested it specifically once I learned there were three apts, and the young couple that did stay there only booked the week before. I was so disappointed about this that it almost ruined my trip to Sorrento.

Review 5：You will be charged for electricity - we stayed three nights and spentabout 25 Euros on electicity, but we were very conservative with thelights and heater and spent most of the day in the towns. A family ora larger group could probably use a lot more electricity. The showerhead is ridiculous, needs cleaning. Wifi is awful, has zero connectionfor a few hours between 7pm and 10pm, and slow even at the best oftimes. If you don't have a car, it is a very steep uphill climb tothe bus stop. There's not enough hot water to wash dishes and taketwo showers.
Review 6：Paola offered for her bf to pick us up in his car for 2/3 the costof a taxi. When it was time for us to leave, she called a taxi for usand negotiated a good deal. The view and the villa is beautiful.Friendly cats on the grounds. Kitchen is pretty good.
Review 7：Pool was closed, and we were not informed. Electricity charge was daylight robbery. Baggage elevator got stuck. Mosquito net on only one window. Shower was absolutely disastrous and the whole bathroom filled with water. Paola was patronizing and non-pleasant.
