Review 1：Great personal service. We were greeted by Clelia when we arrived off the boat. She loaded our gear into the hotel van and assisted getting it to the hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location just off the main square. Super clean and quiet. Lovely view from the breakfast terrace.
Review 2：My room was on the first floor with a balcony on to the street so I had to keep everything shut unless I wanted to give a show the cars and people passing by. I have stayed in the past on the second floor and those rooms are fine.

Review 5：calm, silent clean strong wifi is a plus! bathroom facilities, shower cabin cutlery in the kitchen, clean towels spacy rooms, transfer to and from the port by Tonino (owner of appartments) cozy interiors, excellent air conditionning, two good restorants near the appartments, very responsible and good persons - Tonino and Angela!

Review 7：Friendly and very helpful. Hotel is old fashioned but very cosy and clean. Would for sure come back.
Review 8：Really loud neighbours across the road yelling at each other in thestreet day and night! They shut up when the hotel spoke to them but itseems to be an ongoing problem. Closing the windows and/or using theaircon would shut the noise out.

Review 10：Very friendly staff who went the extra mile with any request made. We were a very young couple and we were treated with as much respect as older clients staying at the hotel. The facilities are excellent. The hotel will arrange for you to be picked up from the port and have extra shower facilities so even when you check out and don't have your room, you can still shower and relax in the foyer before your return journey to Palermo. The hotel restaurant is excellent! They will cook fish any way you wish. We had grilled lobster which was the best we've ever sampled!
Review 11：I had problems with the airconditioning due to it being centrallyswtiched off one night. It took quite a bit of persuading of the hotelstaff that it was not due to me being unable to work the control. (Thishas been a problem at other hotels in Sicily as well.)
Review 12：It wa right in the town area so easy to go for a gelati or catch a localbus to the beach. The restaurant had a beautiful view and soem lovelyseafood options.
