Review 1：The pool in the Spa was closed for repair,as Spa lovers this spoiled what otherwise was a perfect stay .

Review 14：Reduced staff, went twice to the bar to have drink and no one available to serve you a drink, first day I received an apology from the front desk, second day not even that, another con, Heath club only open from 11 to 20, if you would like to go before that schedule you can't, is like they are trying to save money reducing the staff but you can't do that in a 5 stars hotel. I was invited to not return again.

Review 16：We stayed for 3 nights in early November. It was advertised as an air-conditioned room. After calling the desk multiple times asking them howto set our room temperature we were told that the air conditioningsystem had been shut off for the season and the best they could do wasto turn the heat off. We had to be moved to a different room for ourfirst night (after paying for a suite) because the coolest we could getour room was 25 degrees C. My husband was sweating it was so hot. We hadto leave our balcony doors open our whole stay and the coolest we gotthe room was 21 degrees C. The next two nights it had cooled down to thepoint where it was a bit more comfortable at night, but not nearly ascool as we would have liked it to be. Hotels we stayed at during thistrip for half the price had functional air-conditioning.

Review 17：Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean. Spa area was nice, but Iexpected better for the price. I didn't do any treatments but didthe wellness Path. It was included with our room - otherwise not sure itwould be worth the 30 Euro. Staff sent up a bottle of champagne as itwas our honeymoon which we really appreciated! Restaurant was delicious- a bit pricey but worth it! Within walking distance to the centraltrain station - even with bags.
