Review 1：The only downside for us as an elderly couple was that there was a steep set of steps to climb. The staff though were extremely helpful, carrying up our luggage for us.

Review 7：We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Civetta. The location is a ideal, right in the centre of the town handy to all amenities. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, some of the nicest that we have encountered on our travels. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

Review 9：This is a wonderful bed and breakfast, right in the heart of Foggia. Francesca is a wonderful host and she speaks fluent English. She was very warm and welcoming. We will definitely return.
Review 10：the room next to reception and kitchen where the staff is preparing breakfast, is a disaster - you can hear every word from outside and you can listen rumble of cups and pots from 7 a.m. there should be clearly written that parking is in garage, not outside. because we have a van 2,3m tall, we had to park at the train station and we have paid 15 eur per night.
Review 11：WiFi was very hard to connect to. Breakfast in our room was part of our booking. We ordered breakfast for 7.30 but it still had not been delivered by 7.50 and we had to leave to catch our train. This was despite us telling the receptionist the night before that we had to leave on time. So no breakfast!!!

I could hear every conversation of people checking in and out HOT..the air con would not get the room below 26.even when ir was 24 outside in the morning. CHECK IN POOR..was told to come back at 2 and was then made to wait for the room for nearly 1 hour.. Not a great stay

Review 39：This hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We mainly wanted to stay in Foggia so we could access a small town my great grandparents came from. It was a very easy walk to the train station, and then to the bus we needed.
