Review 1：Room was small Air condition didn't work and it was very hot in the room Door in bathtub was broken and it always made flood in bathroom

Review 6：Very nice segniora. Beautiful residence on the hill with nice view. Great swimming pool - a comfort time during the heats. Big backyard with old oaks and olive trees. Wonderful breakfasts with home-made cakes (yummy!). Short distance to many interesting places, e.g. Grosseto, Roselle, il Giardino dei Tarocchi, the Saturnia termes, Sovana, Sorano, Pitigliano, to Orbetello, Ancedonia on the coast. Possibility to buy the Morrelino wine. Our room was small but ok with big comfortable bed. Very clean. We are grateful for the nice time there.
Review 7：The room was not as clean and large enough as it should have been . They put an extra bet into a room that should have been for two just so they could charge for 3. Their were to many flies that you could not sit by the pool. The screen on the room window had holes in it. No one spoke or understood English so we could not register a complant. We left a day early because we were dissatisfied and we're still charged for that day.

Review 9：We arrived at 10pm and it would be incredibly hard to find if the owner hadn't made the effort to meet us in town to show us the way to her farm house.
Review 10：Beautiful location and close to La Saturnia Spa and Il Molino. Beautiful pool but be warned, like all pools in Italy, it won't be heated!
