Review 1：Bad maintenance of rooms. Air conditioning not working properly in the room. Location far from town center and touristic areas.

Review 3：It was close to the train station and the Christmas lights. The rooms were updated, clean and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious.. A great start to the day.

Review 4：no wifi in my hotelroom at all-only in reception/bar area+certain rooms is wifi available which is a joke-surely a large city centre business hotel should have wifi access in all rooms.((please note they do state that wifi is available in all areas of hotel but this is incorrect) rooms at rear of hotel overlook glass bottle banks/delivery area so expect to be woken up at all hours..well i was anyway marks/dirt/stains on walls of hotelroom that i was in.

Review 27：Booked hotel based on roof terrace bar over looking the sea, roof terrace was not open in middle of June for no apparent reason. Also booked for use of spa and only realised when we were there that this was an extra charge, this is not mentioned prior to booking. Air con is on for 10 mins then turns off so room was uncomfortable and hot all night so had very little sleep. Staff incredibly unhelpful when asked about parking and we were simply ignored at breakfast! This hotel is totally oversold and under delivered!

Review 31：This is a poor cheating of customers. Advertising, the hotel promises free Wi-Fi in all rooms and king/queen-size beds. All these is absent. I have complained about the Wi-Fi but the stuff told me that Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby and not in rooms. What the hell, do they provide wrong information on their website to cheat the prospective customers.

Review 34：The rooms are horrible, look more like a butcher shop than a hotel room. Furnishing very basic, cleanleness leaves a lot to desire for. Bathrooms are very basic, with rust and mold. Temperature in rooms stays at 28 Celsius what was extremely uncomfortable even in March. The main problem this hotel has is staff - both lack of enough staff and lack of customer service skills. It was difficult to get any assistance from staff (usually only 1 member of staff available at the reception of this large hotel) and when approached they were rude and unhelpful. This was the worst hotel I have ever visited so far,
