Review 1：The booking.com website indicated it had an indoor heated swimming pool. In fact the pool was part of the spa, small and overheated; totally unsuitable for the kilometre lap swimming for which I am under Doctor's orders to complete daily

Review 11：Dinner. What a disappointment. We had booked dinner as we had invited some local friends and the restaurant looked beautiful. We were led past it (conferences only apparently) into the nice canteen like breakfast room. Plastic tables, chairs, no linen, no atmoshpere. Food expensive and very disapointing, deserts really poor, like cheap freezer food. Nobody asked, or appeared to care that we were unhappy. Reception shrugged. Great hotel but needs to get this sorted.

Review 47：Best regards to Olga, she was much helpful! I had a big room with balcony, marvelous view which I enjoyed every day. Making up the room was perfect, thanks again to the ladies who did this job. Good breakfast, there was even porridge that is not often in other places. All the staff was helpful and in case of any problems they were decided immediately. I would advise this hotel.

Review 48：The Junior Suiet was shabby with poor lighting, bathroom fittings were old ,spa bath did not work and the shower was so poorly designed the bathroom flooded when it was used. The hotel corridoors leading to rooms were so poorly lit you could not see to put the room key in the lock. Breakfast was included but with little choice and of a poor standard they charged extra for fresh fruit juice, boiled eggs, toast and a number of other items you would expect to be available for breakfast at no extra cost. There was also a surcharge for the Spa facilities including the indoor pool and sauna. Overall the Hotel was expensive, did not live up to our expectations and was very poor value for money. The staff were not welcoming and uninformative.

Review 49：Everything; stayed in junior suite, excellently modernised hotel, one of the best designed bathrooms ever experienced 5* quality. Position next to park is good and short walk to town's centre.

Review 50：The rooms above the modern ground floors were tired, 80's decor. Wehad a suite but furniture very worn and parts were broken. In thebathroom the spa bath did not work. No tea or coffee making facilitiesfor the suite, satellite television channels poor. The noise of thelift, although separated by a wide stairwell, was a constant disturbancewell into the early hours. The management advise closing windows atnight for security however the suite was extremely airless and stuffy.The ac didn't work and Reception state that it is not officiallyturned on until May 1. Difficult to get a drink in the bar when therewas a function, service in local bars and restaurants were muchfriendlier.

Review 56：Convenient for all our needs as we were travelling with 80 strong orchestra of young people who played in the nearby park. Close to both Sienna and Florence for sightseeing. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is bright spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

Review 57：As soon as you get through to the accommodation area, you are transported back to the 1950's. rooms are very dated, lifts are in need of replacing - generally the place beyond the reception area is looking extremely tired. Charges are extremely high for all the extras such as water in the mini-bar.

Review 59：Room decor was significantly dated, including wallpaper, furniture, and rugs (which had not been replaced in years, and the maids did not seem to vacuum around the edges. It is the first time ever that I wanted to wear shoes inside a hotel room.) However, the beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was not particularly friendly, helpful, or knowledgable with respect to info about seeing nearby attractions, and did not acknowledge us when we came to ask a question until we addressed them. They did not seem particularly service-oriented. For parking, although it was inexpensive and they gave us parking passes to put into our cars, we had to get a new one every day and switch it out with the day before's between 8 pm and 8 am; it would be much better if they could arrange the city to let hotel guests display a parking permit covering the full stay.

Review 60：-Since we were traveling with four children between the ages of 10 and 17, the two pools at the hotel were great. The kids especially liked the warmer indoor pool with all of its fun features, and the outdoor pool's waterfall. -breakfast buffet was ample -nice to have safes in the room -beds were comfortable and clean -location within the new, lower part of town was good for walking to restaurants and stores, and for taking the funicular up the mountain to the old town. -they offered free use of bikes (not helmets, though)

Review 61：Very far from a 4 star hotel. Tiny room, suffocating. The air conditionning was not working properly. No water pressure in the shower with fluctuations from cold to hot, not nice at all. Very noisy, badly insulated. Not a pleasant stay at all.
