Review 1：the hotel staff didnt even greet us upon check in. Not pleasing personality and even not approachable.

Review 3：The hotel is rather old and needs renovating, but it was clean and fit the needs of our family very well. Also, if you are an English speaker, ski lessons are VERY expensive.

Review 17：The staff hardly spoke any English and did not answer any of my e-mails I sent to the hotel prior to our journey. The hotel starts to be a bit old and at the end of its life cycle. Breakfast did not function at all; people had to stay in a line for 15-20 minutes before they could get in to the hotel restaurant.
