Review 3：Parking! There is none reserved for guests and you vie for a space with everyone going to the beach. It was a problem on our last day! Hard to communicate with the staff! They only speak Italian - I speak several languages - in the hotel business you need to speak English! It was a bit of a problem communicating.

Very close to the beach with free umbrellas and deck chairs. Good variant for those who looks for relaxing sea vacation.

Review 12：This is a small family owned hotel very close to the beach (50m). We were accomodated in a street level room with a small kitchen and sofa. The bed was very comfortable and it was extremely quiet. Owners/staff are very friendly.

Review 20：Beautiful family hotel in the beach resort San Vincenzo. Located on a calm street just about 800 m from the center. The hotel is actually 20 m from the beach and there are free parking places right outside the door. The hosts are very polite, breakfast is good.
Review 21：Staff were very welcoming and location was fantastic! We had booked just a standard room to stay overnight on our travels and very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Denia. The breakfast supplied was one of the best we had come across in our travels around Italy. Highly recommend a stay here.
