Reviews for Il Casale Degli Incanti
Review 1:It was exceptionally charming - host and other guests were excellent company . They were all repeat visitors. The breakfast is a feast of delicious home made foods. Relaxed, spotlessly clean and lovely.
Review 2:Incredible view from the garden and terrace, lovely host Gianmarco who will do anything to make your stay perfect. He cooks an amazing breakfast every morning, fresh juice, cakes, hearty options, really good! Small estate so nice and quiet. Nice pool and more than enough sun loungers and seats to relax. Our room and bathroom were large, beautifully decorated and well equipped. No airconditioning but all windows have an insect screen and there's a fan, so we didn't miss it. Lots of towns nearby to visit or go for dinner, Gianmarco's tips are golden!
Review 3:Wonderful surrounding, host and rooms. The whole agriturismo is full of little decorative details and it is spotlessly clean. The self-made, highly varied breakfast is amazing (small suggestion: less would be sometimes even better … :-)) We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to come back soon!
Review 4:This was my first stay but I genuinely hope to return. To describe itas a B&B is misleading and totally underestimates and undersellsits delights.A lovingly converted farmhouse, (with a pool set in a beautiful garden), tastefully and traditionally furnished, set in the rolling hills – I loved every single minute of my stay. Gianmarco works so hard and makes the place so wonderful. He keeps everything spotlessly clean, is warm and hospitable, and unfailingly helpful – booking tickets or restaurants, giving directions and the local sights and cultural attractions. We stayed for 7 nights, we loved it so much, but many guests were just passing through. Gianmarco was happy for us to lounge round the pool all day before driving to Tollentino 10 minutes drive away to sample its restaurants. With only 3 rooms, it never felt busy, and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. But the real secret? Gianmarco’s breakfasts. I’m dying to tell all the details, but would hate to spoil the surprise. What a hidden gem. Everything is homemade, fresh each morning, sumptuous feasts, and I do not exaggerate. Local produce, local recipes with a modern twist, each dish a delight, all served on a beautifully laid table overlooking the hills. It is amazing. Highly recommended
Review 5:This was not a problem for us but it might be for some people who travel and expect large bathrooms. The shower in our room was small it would have been a problem is we were larger people. Anyone coming to this place should realize that they are entering a 300 year old home
Review 6:We loved, loved, loved this place. Gianmarco is an excellent Host, there is nothing that he would not do for his guest. The 300 year old country home is perfectly restored respecting its age yet adding some new. The breakfasts were incredible, the attention to detail is to be admired. Thank you Gianmarco for all you have done for us during our stay.

Breakfast is one of the best we have ever had before on holiday. The owner is an excellent chef and everyday he serves delicious local dishes. One of the nicest places to go on a holiday!
