Review 1：The location was excellent; only a 2 min drive or 5 min walk to the Thermal pools. The hotel provided us with a list of recommended areas/restaurants which we followed and did not disappoint!

Review 2：I stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was beautifully decorated and furnished with great attention to detail, spotlessly clean and very spacious with a lovely private terrace area with table and chairs. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they also allowed me in to my room when i arrived early. The breakfast was great and the location was just perfect being only a 2 minute walk from the thermal springs. Thank you for a lovely few days!

Review 9：The worst bed we've encpuntered with sponge pillows not meant to sleep on. The road to the thermal springs is actually a muddy trail. At least some of the staff could have learnt a few sentences in english.

Review 11：The bed was bad. It was two twin beds pushed together, and they were very stiff, and the pillows were flat. I woke up feeling sore from it.

Review 12：The staff was very friendly, although English was not very good. The location was great, offered a short walk to the natural hot springs, and a fantastic hill view of Saturnia and the surrounding area. The restroom was nicely renovated with a nice big shower and new fixtures. We were greeted with complimentary jams and a bottle of water! There was a nice courtyard, as well as clothes drying racks for after your swim in the Springs. The breakfast was superb, with made-to-order cappuccinos, breads, meats, fruits and several different homemade flavored jams to choose from. The breakfast room was a beautiful room with a great view of the hills. We didn't have a room with a view out the window, but the view from out our front door was amazing. The parking was gated, and locked at night.

Review 14：Our hosts, Graziella and Maurizio, were incredibly welcoming and kind. We travelled by bus from Florence. One of my bags disappeared at the Florence bus station and the trip itself took a long time. We really should have travelled by car or taken a different bus route. We were tired and hungry on arrival. Graziella greeted us with such genuine warmth that it brought tears to my eyes. When she learned that we hadn't come by car she suggested we take a dip in the hot springs and freshen up and afterward she drove us into town to a delicious and affordable restaurant. Maurizio picked us up latter and showed us around the town square. The breakfast the next morning was lovely with jams and preserves served along with croissants, breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, juices and coffee. Everything is homemade, local and fresh. You can see that they take pride in their guests having a comfortable and memorable experience. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. They even provided packets of olive oil-based shampoo and body wash and a gift of jam from local producers (which we unfortunately left behind). The setting is very beautiful and relaxing. As luck would have it another hotel guest, an Italian-Canadian named Franco, offered to take us on a drive in the countryside, that I will not soon forget. He took us to the villages of Sorana and Pitigliano. He then treated us to an absolutely divine meal at a restaurant in Pitigliano situated in a man-made grotto. Afterward my friend and I bathed in the hot springs for a couple of hours. Franco then took us out to another fabulous restaurant. We could hear Graziella thanking him over and over for having taken such good care of us as she had been worried about us not having the opportunity to see the sites. The next day Franco drove me to the train station in Orvieto so I could travel from there to Rome and dropped my friend off in Perugia.

Review 15：The family treat you like family and are so thoughtful. On our check out morning we were late for breakfast but the staff and family insisted on us still enjoying breakfast well after it had formally finished. Graziela and her family are only too happy to help you enjoy the area and surrounding towns. We asked for recommendations and we were not disappointed.

Review 17：Graziella, Maurizio and family were most hospitable to us during our 3 night stay. Her daughter checked us in, and in the evening we were greeted by the doorbell of Graziella dropping by just to give us a proper welcome and orientation materials (a list of restaurants where we could go for meals), general advice etc. We were most impressed by her warmth and kindness. Our stay was extremely pleasant and breakfast was also a friendly affair with her and her staff explaining what kind of homemade jams they made and they even offered an English translation chart of the names of things on the buffet table! :) As we had trouble getting around without a car, Graziella very kindly loaned us hers no questions asked! On top of a warm staff, we loved their house cat that is the most adorable creature in the vicinity! :) The hotel is also very close (5mins) to the falls via the stream, or about 10mins via the roadway. We very much appreciate what you've done for us. Thank you Graziella! We would definitely stay here again.

Review 18：The couple that own the hotel are some of the sweetest people, we booked one night and plan to stay a week, heaven on earth. We have traveled the world and this is one of the most memorable places, a must see.

Breakfast was a continental buffet with a wide variety and especially enjoyable if you have a sweet tooth as includes lots of homemade cakes and pastries. The grounds have a nice area for relaxing and reading in the sunshine and are also only 5 minutes walk from the free natural thermal spa which is the main draw to town. The hotel is also very near the saturnia golf complex and a 5 minute drive to the main town with many restaurants. Free rapid wifi and parking. This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in (I'm only 32 but still that's impressive).
