Review 1：Standard hard Japanese bed but that is to be expected so we were not surprised.
Review 2：Excellent location right off the expressway exit! Easy off and on made it perfect for tired travelers who needed a break. Exceptionally clean and new feeling. Staff spoke enough English to be helpful.
Review 3：We were sharing the room with 3 young children (2,4, and 6) and had asked for some extra pillows and they couldn't give any to us, because we only paid for 2 people. Our second night at the hotel they did manage to give us an extra baby blanket that we folded over so the kids could have some sort of pillow. If you like pillows I would suggest bringing many of your own!
