Review 1：Still sick of so many children who always make an endless noise This venue is now becoming very popular so will try to find another quiet motel, but it seems wherever you go the kids go too. Need motels with a NO Children policy

Review 3：BBQ area could have been better. No shops in walking distance, so maybe put in a drink machine and a snack machine. Or open the restaurant up for dinner.

Review 4：It was clean and tidy. The pool area was clean, great for a short stay and the price great too.

Review 5：The bathroom door was jammed and did not open or shut without huge effort. The kids could not do it by themselves. A little maintenance would fix this easily. The people in the room above made lots of noise at night and it sounded like they were jumping off beds etc. The hotel management could ask upstairs visitors to be mindful of people below at night. Parking was not clearly marked for each unit and it would be nice if it was so your space was kept clear.

Review 6：The room was clean with fresh linen and towels. The little bar fridge worked really well (actually made things cold) and kids loved free wifi access. Room was tiny but acceptable for the price.

Review 7：T Have stayed at The Gosford Hotel a quite a few times now,as my parents live in a Retirement Village o in The Central Coast. Great location,Great food, Great Management. Would highly recommend to anyone, because of the Central Location in town ,Bus and Train Station at doorstep.

Review 8：Clean and comfortable with a pool also. We were just passing through and for the price was worth the money. Nice gardens on the property and close to everything else.

Review 9：There were some used tissues left in the bathroom (other than that the room was tidy). Internal decor could do with updating.

Review 10：The bed was very comfortable, aircon worked well. Loved that we could have our dog with us. A few nice grassed areas on the property that our dog could enjoy.

Review 11：Website is crap. Lucky if you could get a carpark outside your room, even though it was specifically asked for at time of booking. Double and single bed cramped into small area. Fridge was on but door wouldn't close properly. Overall I would not recommend this motel to friends. Definitely not worth the money and will not ever stay there again.

Review 13：The bed was the worse I've ever slept in. The people up all night talking. The dogs barking next door all night because people were talking. Being the fact that we booked a room for two adults and two children and the room only had one bed and they didn't have any kids beds. When asked if there was anything availability for young kids it was just a no and that's it. In handing the key in a day earlier then meant to! Nothing was asked why we were leaving early or even a thank you

Review 15：Staff are really nice and accommodating, We have stayed a few times in not the best circumstances, Family Funeral, Not the newest of motels, but new beds that are comfy and that is what you are paying for, to sleep, and a great breakfast $12 bacon, eggs beans ,sausages tomato. Nothing is a problem for the staff, even letting us stay after checkout, so our toddler could have her 10am sleep. Would stay again if passing by Thanks Tony

Review 16：My air conditioning was hardly working didn't sleep all night because of it. Waited 2 hrs for breakfast I booked the afternoon before snags wasn't cooked. 20 mins waiting on hot water ridiculous. They should of refunded me. Disgusting

Review 19：Requested a lower unit, but allocated an upstairs one they then changed it to a lower one only to find that the tv was upside down and the door to the bathroom would not work , so had to stuggle up stairs again then poor TV reception on a faulty TV .very poorly maintained premises.

Review 21：We had to ask for towels & soap because they were tin the room already. There were no tea or coffee bags in the room when we wanted to make tea the next morning but we were given milk & biscuits on arrival to go with our tea. The queen bed in iur room was against the wall on one side, so I had to climb down to the foot of the bed to get out during the night.

Review 22：Was off the main road, garden nice & sufficient car spaces to park our car & trailer. Basic accomodation for a 1 night stay. Although there is a pool we didn't get a chance to see or use it as we were just passing through. The access was reasonably easy for my elderly in-laws & their bed was free- standing. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Review 24：The staff were very friendly and helpful,the value for money was awesome and the bed was extremely comfortable,the room was spotlessly clean with an air conditioner that kept us as cool as cucumbers in very steamy conditions.

Review 25：Only thing I could say is that the bbq should be down by the pool area... we would of used it then. Also a ashtray needs to be put over near where people smoke. Rooms are small but we were only here in the morning and at night. Would stay again.

Review 26：We were allowed to check in early.. thank you. The children loved the pool, the gardens are beautiful. Very clean rooms and the cleaners come in while we were away and made our room up... didn't expect that at all. We will stay again for sure.

Review 27：The room was too small for a double & a single bed no proper desk to place your LAPTOP or Tablet to be able to view the internet etc . need a better shelf in the bathroom to put ones toiletries on whilst u are staying there for a few days The main meals were ok but not value for money. but the breakfast were very good

Review 37：Room 13. Unsafe airconditioning unit setup. It is illegal to not encase the power cords. Outside unit for airconditioning placed over doorway. Very dangerous from water dripping. Would be slippery! Very very small room. Badly needs updating.

Review 41：When we put the water on in the shower the water had a really bad smell,the girls who cleaned the rooms touched our personal property, 1st day:we went out & left our Ipad on charge when we got back not only wasthe Ipad turned off but the charger was no longer plugged into thesocket & also unplugged from the Ipad itself, 2nd day: we went outwhen we got back all our toiletries were no longer sitting on the benchnear the sink where we left them, I've worked in Motel rooms myself& everywhere I've worked we were never aloud to touch any of theguests property, We will never stay at this property again, can'ttrust their staff

Review 44：The owners & staff were all very friendly. I felt safe & comfortable. Everything I needed was there. I couldn't ask for more, especially at the great price. I love that it's off the main road and not next to fast food restaurants with noisy patrons.

Review 58：We booked a room with a queen and single just for space and when we got out key we had the smallest room with only the one bed I have ever seen. Lady at counter was busy on her mobile phone to even notice I had been standing there. The bed was so hard that I suffered a sore back for 2 days.

Review 59：Having chosen a ground floor unit we were unlucky enough to experience the continual bumping and thumping of the young family staying on the floor above us. The operators noted our remarks with genuine concern.

Review 74：Front Office requests accommodated without any problems by Sharon - lovely lady who never appears to sleep and always smiles. New room service staff very accommodating with late checkout provided. Room basic - comfortable beds and clean. Bathroom in accordance with age of building. Inadvertently left I-Pad charger in room and no problem to Sharon for return by express post.

Review 75：This is a great value motel for a short term stay. The exterior of the property may be a little tired but the property grounds, rooms and bathrooms are all very well maintained and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom are on the small side but are functional, comfortable and most importantly for me, clean.I would be more than happy to stay at this property again.
