Review 1：Beautiful view on the ocean, safe to walk about and peaceful. We were upgraded to a suite instead of a room that we had booked. Nice gesture and much appreciated. For that we decided to book two additional nights.

Review 4：For the high cost of this appartment, it needs repainting in more modern colours. There is a patio that looks to the sea, but it is so small it is difficult for 4 people to sit to have dinner. The bedrooms look on to old railway building and you regularly hear the trains. No food at all in the kitchen (apart from snacks you much pay for) - no salt, oïl nothing. The 'welcome' wine on the table must be paid for if you drink it - some welcome !!

Review 6：The one-bedroom apartment I stayed in was spacious, very nicely outfitted & had a luxurious terrace overlooking the marina & the sea. The kitchen was also a real bonus. I was warmly received & felt very much at home. The location couldn't be better - just steps away from the main pedestrian street & only a hop, skip & a jump from the sand & water. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Review 8：We picked Residenza Santa Cecilia simply because it was a good halfway stop from France to Pompeii. Price was very fair and we received an email from the hotel asking if we needed any other help. When we got there we were pleasantly surprised. Staff were very helpful, room was excellent, very spacious, with kitchenette, separate bedroom, and lovely big balcony with a sea view over the marina. Lots of parking in front of the hotel, as well as under the hotel. Situation is perfect as it is only a few hundred meters walk to the centre of town along a pedestrian only street. The indoor heated pool was great. We plan to return in the Spring to spend a little more time just relaxing.

Review 9：Nearest beach isn't particularly welcoming. The whole building looks as though it would benefit from a lick of paint - but much of the village was the same.

Review 20：Well appointed apartment with enormous rooms (loads of space) and a great balcony overlooking the sea. Staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly: really couldn't be better. Heated indoor pool and jacuzzi were great (we were there in April when swimming in the sea was fun but cold, so coming back to the indoor pool at the end of the day was great). We self-catered for the most part, but we had breakfast the last day and it was amazing: definitely worth having. The hotel is right in the centre of town, two minutes walk from the main street with restaurants, bars, shops, and a decent-sized supermarket. San Vincenzo is a sprawling resort with lots of new build spreading up and down the coast, but the centre of town is nice and the Santa Cecilia is very well placed.

Review 21：Furniture in apartment ie sofa could be upgraded. Every apartment should have a kettle especially if you have toddlers/babies.

Review 23：Very good hotel with very friendly and sociable staff. Russian woman in the restaurant is very kind and helpful. Good breakfast with tasty coffe and you can order the omlette ar eggs. It is comfortable to travel around the Toscane. There is a great place for swimming in approximately 7 km from the Cecilia not far from the Populonia. On the other side of the hotel there is a very good restaurant "mum and dad". There yo can try very good wine and traditional italian meal.

Review 24：we had an apartment so we had lots of space, the living area is huge, lovely balcony overlooking the sea.location excellent, very close to lovely bars and restaurants. lovely personal touches, fresh lavender on the towels. Good breakfast in the garden
