The heat,noisy traffic and yelling drunks keep us awake at night. Decore was outdated and toilet seat didn't fit,so your legs touched the bowl underneath

Review 11：Just one remark: we call the hotel from train station to ask which bus nr.to use and the answer from the reception was use a taxi. But there were no taxis because of the rain. All busses to bus station are useful - the reception MUST know this.

Review 12：Fantastic place! Clean and convenient. Close to train station and bus station. Breakfast is a fest! Nothing hot, but delicious. Room is small/single economy/ but all you need is there. Highly recommend for the price in comparison with other on same price level around the train station.

The city was very quiet in August ... but we got good recommendations from the front desk on where to wander and grab a bite - all worked out well. Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, too. It's often difficult to find a room for a family of 4, but this one did the trick perfectly!

Review 64：The staff was very mixed. One of the staff (the young man with dark hair) was SO very rude. Every time I had to ask for my key, he was rude. When I called to ask about putting on the air-conditioning in my room, he was nasty and hung up on me. He should not be in hospitality.

To make it short: After a very long and disrespectful discussion, finally there was a parking slot (which looked not very secure) but we felt really not welcome and decided to pay but to go to another Hotel. (Where we had no problems at all and enjoyed our last evening in Italy.)
