Review 1：I loved everything. The only thing missing for me is a coffee or tee maker.
Review 2：This B&B is so wonderfull, it's right in the middle of Todi's historical center. The room decoration is beautiful, the view is amazing, the breakefast is incredible snd the best thing is the hospitality. Sandro and Roberta were sooo nice and welcoming.best value for money.
Review 3：The Hotel is perfect, the location is beautiful, INTERNET worked perfectly, the breakfast was amazing but most amazing of all were the owners, Sandro and Roberta, who were really helpful and very very welcoming. This hotel is highly recommended by my and I am very happy that I visited it. I will visit again Todi and stay there!
Review 4：The first night had only a sheet on the bed or a massive, heavy doona which we found in the cupboard. However we told Alessandro and he organised a reasonable doona for the rest of our stay. Also. the only comfortable chair was in a dark corner which made it difficult to read.

Very warm hospitality of the young hosts Roberta and Sandro, as well as their two nice kids. Rich and delicious breakfast. Unforgettable view to the beautiful valley - typical for the region. Strongly recommend this nice little house to all who like beauty and cosiness

Review 9：The amazing location ,history , stunning views of the Umbrian countryside , an unbelievable personal service from the lovely husband and wife owners , the exceptual quality and decor of the room facilities and a breakfast that was simply sumptuos .This is a wonderfully well run boutique B&B. We have travelled the world in our retirement and been fortunate to stay in 5 star resorts and hotels . None , however , could match the service we received here . And none come anywhere close to the quality of breakfast or value for money provided here .What a wonderful experience! We will certainly be back!

Review 11：Perfect located Residenza in the centre of Todi, with permition to park car in downtown. Our room with wonderful view to the valley was perfect! Fantasic decorations, furniture etc. Extremly friendy and helpful Owners. Delicious breakfasts.

Review 14：The summer weather was very hot, and the building did not have air conditioner. However, the staff was able to provide me with a fan which helped to make the room temperature more comfortable.
Review 15：The proper was located in the center of Todi. The place had been remodeled, but many of the medieval features had been saved and incorporated into the rooms. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to be helpful and make me comfortable. The view from the room was fantastic. I would return to Teatra Antico without hesitation.
Review 16：Allessandro and Roberta were very welcoming and hospitable. The ambience is wonderful. Both the room and bathroom were very comfortable & well appointed. The breakfast was excellent, with masses of choice.
Review 17：Everything was great but the bed was two single mattresses pushed together which resulted in an uncomfortable night. The mattresses were extremely soft but they separated in the middle.
Review 18：The room was actually 3 rooms! With a separate breakfasting area, a beautiful and spacious bathroom, and a good sized bedroom decorated comfortably and stylishly - all connected by a short marble hallway. It felt more like a luxury Apratment than a hotel room. The views from both the bedroom and the breakfast room were remarkable, the breakfast was varied freshly made and delicious and the owners were extremely hospitable throughout. They even had sky with English language.
